This is the best 7-Eleven in the Bay Area and I have been to many. The man and woman that are on staff in the morning could not be kinder. If they are out of stock of something oh, they are willing to order it for me. I appreciate all they do. Thank you!!!!

It's always busy. But they are very efficient on helping you. I go to here alot to put money on my cash app.

Very Good Service, Enforced The Social Distancing And Mask, But The Cherry On Top Was All The Pizza Snacks And Taquitos Were All Full Hot & Ready...

Went there late night early morning a few times and the graveyard employee was talking in the phone, yelled at us, & tried over charging me for some items! Kinda rude, but I love my slurpees!

Whoever the employee was working around 10:45pm on Thursday tonight, should be fired. If not, at least reprimanded. He was on the phone the whole time. I bought some nicotine pouches, and instead of asking me nicely for my ID, he yells "ID!!" at me! After I show it to him, he them slams my items on the counter. All the while talking to someone on the phone. I've been coming to this 711 for years without an issue. After today, I no longer will.

Just came to load my paypal card cuz the other one down the street just said no due to new software they cant anymore.. this guy just told me no cuz too many scams.. i dont know what scam i can do by giving him cash to load my card but whatever. I wish they would get off the list of places i could load my card at cuz its annoying wasting my time only to be lied to by these jerks. I am really starting to hate 7-11 now days i try and avoid them for any reason.. especially now that they arent 24/7 anymore....

Be careful here. The casiers will cheat you out of your money or try to do so. Be especially careful with your lottery tix winnings. I just got cheated out of 4 dollars. Also I was given lottery tixs with old dates. The cashier will keep the real purchased tix. Scams are going on big time. Zero stars. I only purchased lottery out of these trash holes. I wouldn't buy anything to put in my body.

Went here at 1am in the morning. We didn't know that the stores closed at 12am now. The male clerk followed my son around the store and kept looking at him. Then the clerk yelled at my son to hurry up and get out of the store cause he needs to close the store. I wanted to go in the store and yell back at the clerk but I didn't. Instead of the clerk being rude he could of just said the store was closed. The lady cashier who works here is very nice though.
I would give her 5 star rating. Wish she was there instead. 1/23/2022

The floor was very dirty on a Sunday 3 people were working but no one checked the lids for drinks and cups no one had mask on I think it was not fair for the employees not to wear a mast but the customers have too. The rule should be same for everyone. But during the week in the morning the lady has the place very organized.

This 7- Eleven sold me an expired candy bar 2/12/20 which made me sick. The wrapper said it expired on '08/2018'. Reported this to corporate and never heard anything back. Going to share this so people are aware of this... shady

This lame aZz bish is NOT 24 hrs! Don't know why the "owner" would update the store hours "3 weeks ago" to say that. Perhaps because corporate, at least in Japan, will take away a store if closed even a few hours on a holiday?

I just had the sherriff department called on me because I wanted a refund because the cashier was not following the COVID-19 Protocol s while handling food and money. He was not only rude and disrespectful to me but the other officer as well
I do not recommend coming to this location

Not open 24/7-wanted me to go "down the street"-aka the freeway 😂😂

I came to this location at 3:30am Friday night and it was closed.
