Me and my husband love Sam. When we lost our child he made an effort to cheer my husband up gave him a sweater and a bandanna bow from his favorite band. We were new in town and barely knew him and when he heard about what happened with us he took time out of his day to go to my husband‘s work and give him a hug and tell him he was going to be OK. Everyone in that store is stand up they are great people and they will always do the best they can. Humans make mistakes don’t let the bad reviews fool you these are great people and this is a great small town shop.

Went here, asked if they had any crush washers for my AR-15, they kindly gave me one for free. Awesome guys, awesome store. 5 out of of 5.

Went in interested in getting a gun - friendly staff (Don) helped me to find the perfect gun for me . He was very informative and knowledgeable. J would encourage anyone looking for a firearm to go in to that facility. Great pricing as well .

I recently bought a new gun from here, he gave me an excellent deal and provided wonderful service. When I went to go test it out it had a problem, I took it in to him and he took it home to personally examine it to make sure everything was working properly. He called me the next day to say it was a default and is sending it in to get the problem resolved. I am very pleased with the customer service and help he has given me. I’m thankful I now have a place to go for all my gun needs. You guys have a customer for life!

Hi I changed my rating cause it was written in a moment of frustration but it does not change what happened as I have been greatly effected by it. I literally don't have a vehicle because of the mistake that was made at your business..what might u be able to do to help make it right..if anything?

I have had multiple dealings with Don and Sam, and can say I was only disappointed once on a transaction so I went and thought about it and stopped back in and Sam was willing to sell back my item and that alone satisfied me, after all they are sitting on stuff that's not always guaranteed to sell quickly. I recommend shopping at the Chetco Trader pawnshop, fair prices, great variety of merchandise and kind owners.

As far back as I can remember Sam has been working here, and made it worth stopping in. Now that he owns Chetco Trader I know every time will be a good experience. He has always been fair. Always tried to do right by me. My family and I will always go to Chetco Trader before any other pawnshop. I strongly recommend checking this place out.

Trader staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about firearms. Fun place to go just to browse and learn. I've purchased and sold firearms here.

Love that these guys always have my empty shot gun shells, why? Because good guys pick up their empty shells. I recycle for crafting.
