The lady working the register was the nicest person Ive ever met, she bought me a winter coat when we didn't have the money really glad to see people like that around if I could rate this higher I would.

I was pleasantly surprised to find some nice clothes at decent prices, especially since our Penney's closed last October. The manager was very friendly, polite, and had good recommendations when asked for help. And this comes from a woman who dislikes shopping for clothes :P I appreciate the service that I received and plan on shopping there again in the future. The only suggestion that I have is to expand larger size selections, as Penney's and Catherine's did in the past.

Excellent store. Nice clothes, their prices are reasonable for the quality and brands. I had a good shopping experience. I will be going back.

I love this store! Everytime I come to Kirksville I shop here. I just wished you carried xl. I would have bought more, sometimes large are too tight. I will be back!!!

I bought a really cute(!!!!) dress here a few weeks ago and I wish I could've bought more!!!! but the customer service was TERRIBLE. I walked into the store to return some clothes that didnt fit and I was helped by a short, freckled reddish haired lady who was so rude when I wanted to return instead of exchange. I think it's MY decision how I'll spend MY money, thank you very much!!!!! The other fellow was a lot nicer and understanding, but i'd rather shop online from now on!!!
