I have to say, in the past I had a few issues with the service. The product is always great, but the service is (seriously) what makes it or breaks it for me.

There is a new manager there now - Gwen. I'm telling you, THIS is what retail is all about! I love coming here for the great product and pricing, but I love it even MORE now that the service has excelled!

Would LOVE to see Factory Connection in a new location - possibly on the south side of Wal-Mart? I could stop at Factory Connection, do my shopping at Wal-Mart and come home.

THANK YOU for beefing up your quality service! I appreciate it immensely!

Every time i visit everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am a picky clothes shopper and i love the clothes here . i enjoy shopping here because they are not pushy they dont follw u around and they are there to help when you need it. The manager is top notch. I give them an A plus always
