I dropped my guitar off on 4 February for a set-up. It is now April 2nd & I just had pull a U turn to drop it back off because “ready” apparently means half a dozen dead frets, fret buzz, and in the completely wrong tuning. This whole thing was 75$ to have my guitar retuned “done” in worse condition than it came in. The whole point was to save me some time & headache but now we’re going on 2+ months of the excuses of “losing my number”- 3 times & “our guitar tech has been out”. The young guys who work their are nice enough but that’s about the only nice thing I have to say about this joint. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to HOG or even GC at this point.
