First time customer today & I enjoyed a refreshing blend of aloe tea and a protein milkshake for a natural energy boost with every sip. Lots of configurations with the yield of enjoyment. Definitely returning and spreading the word out.

I come here almost every morning and it is the highlight to the start of my day! Shannon and Tiffany are so personable and kind. The shakes taste like milkshakes but they’re soo good for you! And the teas are so refreshing and energizing.

They have so many options that I had to spend a few minutes deciding what to order. They have adult and kids versions with a lower protein portion and with some sweet and delicious toppings like Oreos bits, chocolate, and marshmallows.

The place is clean, and while their concept is focused on take out, they have a couple of tables, bar stools, and comfortable chairs to enjoy your juice or smoothie.

Just got the Lucky Charm Shake this morning. Oh my wow! Great flavor, filling and festive for St Patrick's Day. The ladies were really helpful with suggestions since I'm a rookie at drinking specialty drinks. Tons of options and combinations to try. Really refreshing and look forward to future visits.

I’ve been to many nutrition shops but this one is my favorite! Both of the lovely ladies in there are always so kind and sweet! Definitely the best around, shakes and teas are always consistent which is the most important thing to me!

I tired the Blueberry Lemon tea of the month yesterday and it was YUMMMM!!! IGave me just the kick of energy I needed to finish the day. I am so excited to go back and try a shake next! The staff was very knowledgeable and I was so surprised with how quickly my drink was made!
