By far the only vape shop I will ever patronize. Been a customer since the early days and they’ve never disappointed. I like that they have multiple locations so no matter what side of the city I’ll be on its a quick easy stop. Customer service is always top notch too!

I was looking for a new mod and some other supplies. The employee working that day, Jesse, was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. He even informed me of the points I had accumulated and forgotten about, so I saved some bucks on this trip!

Stopped in today and Matt was awesome to work with. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond to help me when I’m there. When I’m waiting for my order they are always helping or simply talking to their customers. Always a joy to come in. I pass 2 other vape stores just to come here. Their selection of products and juices are second to none in my opinion.

I moved from Michigan and now need the shop to mail out my supplies and its great because I got to know the shop well online that is great company never had any complaints ! Great vapor shoo !!

Always superior service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the liquids and devices they sell. If you're still having a hard time deciding what flavor you want you can pay a mere 10 cents to taste test any of the hundred plus liquids they have on display. (I still cannot believe that it's only ten cents!!!) Only place I'll go to!!!

Hands down the best liquid you can get in the greater Grand Rapids area. Their staff is friendly they offer rewards for being a loyal customer and they have plenty of Hardware to choose from. Try their Jade tiger liquid...it's my favorite

They take the needed time with their customers. If you have a question it never seems like a bother to the employees. They have always worked with me to figure out what I needed and never tried to upsell usless extras. Overall i would recomend this store above all others like it. I allways walk away happy when I shop here. Not to mention the free coffee if your feeling tired.
