This is by far THE BEST Rack Room Shoes in Lee County!! The team members are amazing, patient, kind, helpful, and curtious. This store is so neat and organized. I came to the store with a very confusing issue, I had made a purchase from a different store, and did a pick up order online to be picked up at this store also had but needed to do a return because I accidentally purchased girls shoes for my son, laughable moment. But the team members at gctc Rack Room put their heads together and help me solve my issue in a timely manner then set me on my way happily, I would definitely recommend this Rack Room over any other one.
