AT&T Store

Alexander has by far exceeded my expectations. I always dread walking into any cellular store because I always leave spending more than anticipated. Well let me tell you. This young gentleman was amazing from the moment we walked into the store with that contagious smile and his personality. He definitely is very knowledgeable and knows his job. There is so much more I want to say but that would be like writing a book. Very good customer service, kind and patient. Thanks Alexander I truly appreciate you. We need more people like you in customer service.

Alexander was a great person to deal with. Great knowledge on what he is doing. Easy to understand, friendly. We went to do 1 early upgrade with next up and ended up doing 2. We are extremely happy with his service!

My wife and I went to go and trade in our phones for the new 15 standards and our assistance by Kia was fantastic. She’s very polite, helpful, patient, and informative. Alexander was also of great assistance to us in answering questions about billing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience - thank you Gulf Coast AT&T!

We walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon and Briane was very attentive and knowledgeable! She made it all a breeze, thank you Bri!

Walked in at about 7:30. They close at 8:00. They were super helpful and Daniel was able to get my line switched over and new account started. Grateful for the kind service!

Ramses was very patient, I was having a bad day and ramses took the time to help me and was very helpful at all times always courteous and professional even when I was not. Cuddos to ramses for putting up with me and changing my mood for the day.

Everything went great! Only complaint I have is there was just one person working so it took about 30-35 minutes to get help but after that, the guy was wonderful!

Really impressed with the store at Gulf Coast Town Center. The staff were all busy with customers. Lucas T who I believe is the manager was especially impressive. Was able to assist his team members all while working with his own customers. He acknowledged everyone who came through the door . Exceptional customer service skills. The way he managed his team and those who were waiting was really impressive. I don't believe in rewarding folks for doing their job but this young man deserves recognition.

Tony was Great. Very informative and accommodated my wants and needs for my plan. Highly recommend coming on in and getting assisted by him

Quick and easy service! There’s a big difference between a corporate store and an authorized store(which we never go to). The young guys Lucas and DJ that helped us were very friendly and knew their stuff. I went in to trade in my phone and sold me to add a watch. They had the phone I needed in stock and he transferred everything for me and I was walking out the door in 30 minutes. Thank you again ATT for taking care of us!!

Santiago assisted me in helping me replace 2 phones on my plan and also presented better options that I didn’t have before. He took his time to explain the products and services as well as teach me the benefits in the newer products. Definitely someone worth promoting!
