AT&T Store

I originally placed my oreder online, but it got canceled so I had to go in to a store. Spoke to Beth on the phone and from the start was awesome. When I got to the store we got the ball rolling and ran into a few speed bumps. She hung in there with me for 3hrs getting everything squared away, all while staying positive and delightful. She made the long wait( not att’s fault, but previous provider) almost relaxing. Great job!

Store rep was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and in general everything a customer would want in a store rep.

THIS MAN THAT ATTENDED ME, DESERVES A RAISE!!!!! In the beginning he was upfront and honest about us having to wait a few minutes. Sure enough he kept his timing right on the wait! Soft tone while speaking, kept eye contact & made sure we felt important!! Not like other locations where you walk in and they give you an attitude like you are interrupting them. We also felt that he truly wanted to help us not just because it was his job. At one point he was attending like 4 or 5 different costumers all alone, at the same time! That man deserves to be praised, rewarded and given a raise!! He made sure we understood the process every step off the way, whether is was buy, financing, full amount, or even how much we pay that day. I literally live over an hour away from this AT&T location but we are going to make that drive from now on JUST to be attended by him!
We’ve been with T-Mobile, ntelos, sprint, and Verizon.. but no, Joseph B really set the bar to a completely new level!

After I activated the internet offer with a $50 subscription, I can no longer operate the personal hotspot

I would like to strongly recommend Shane at the at&t store in Charlottesville VA at Dart shoppers world. He is an superior asset to your company. I would highly recommend for him to be moved to a more suitable and higher aspiring position in your company. You would not be let down or dissatisfied with his knowledge, leadership and people skills, his unstoppable desire to acquire more knowledge and his overall strong intuitive ability dealing with any high stress situation and person at any given time calmly, respectful and sheer professionalism. He made the in store experience a real joy.
I do not know Shane personally, but have observed him over time, coming to your store with numerous problems.

I've only had great experiences at this location. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Most recently Shane took care of a billing issue that I've been dealing with for a while and I couldn't be more thankful! He was professional, attentive and made sure that I was squared away before I left the store. He was busy, being the only one working at the time, but handled it well.

Always am grateful this store is close by to my work and has experienced staff. Scott is almost always in and has the most knowledge in f anyone tech I have ever worked with. He is so wonderful and patient with the elderly, and has a strong work ethic, making each customer feel welcome, even if he is working with other clients.

My experience at this location was immaculate! The manager, I think his name was Shane, provided a level of care and service that you just don’t get get often anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him and this particular store to all I can!

My phone randomly stopped working and being that I use my phone to help run my business I needed to get it replaced very quickly. I stopped in the store at 29th place and Robyn was super helpful in getting me both a replacement and an upgrade. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and had me back with a working phone in no time!

I was here a couple weeks ago, right before closing. I think the employee's name was Robin--she was amazing. I was attempting to activate new lines--the phone numbers were ported over from Verizon to AT&T, and there were issues. Robin was able to determine the exact problem, and navigate through the home office tech support to get everything taken care of. Excellent service.

Shane was a great help when I had difficulties switching the cellular service from my old watch to my new one. He was friendly and professional even though I ran into some issues.

The manager here was awesome! He gave us all the tips and info we needed to get set up quickly to work remotely on a hot spot. Amazing customer service!

Great visit today- the store manager was very helpful in upgrading my daughter’s phone. This was the best phone shopping experience I have had. It went smoothly and the manager was very knowledgeable and patient.

I went in to get some accessories for me and my moms phones. The employee, Shane, was very helpful and was able to help me get what I needed. He was so nice and has good customer service.
