I had the best experience working with Mo in the Printing Center reprinting my Sister's wedding seating chart at the last minute. Mo completely redeemed a bad experience I had at the Staples on Preston the week before and took so much stress out of my day. There was a small mark on the poster when I came to pick it up, and Mo let me resend a different version of the document since I had made a mistake with the coloring in the first version anyway. They explained all my options, redid it, and had my new copy ready in less than 30 minutes, while also helping 4-5 other customers simultaneously. They were SO patient with all of these customers even though they were the only working! THANK YOU MO!!!

I went in earlier today to get a replacement battery for my car keys. Staff was super helpful, and the man at the register even helped me install the battery. Saved me a lot of time figuring it out on my own. 10/10 service

The store clerk working behind the counter at the printing and copy center is just super helpful. I went in twice in the last week trying to figure out how to email and print stuff off my phone (I’m 65yo and computer illiterate). He was always patient and helpful. The store didn’t make much money off of me, but it was certainly nice to see a young man displaying that level of customer service.

This Staples has been so helpful with our office supplies, questions about products and online shopping. The manager is especially in tune to the customer needs during this time of staffing and product shortages. Excellent!

Placed a print order online for pickup later the same day. When their color printer went down, I received a prompt phone call. Someone drove my order to the other location in town to complete the print job and then deliver it to my house! Completely unexpected and way above and beyond!

In a time crunch with many copies to make, Staples got it done. 10 binders full of information, 2 USB drives loaded and good to go. Thanks to the guys in the copier section. They were a huge help. Thank you! We appreciate it!

So I was trying for like over a week to try to send a package back to Amazon couldn't print my label my printer wasn't working so somebody suggested Staples I had call Staples on 29th place Charlottesville store number is 0320 and there was a young man named Philip did not catch his last name but was very very helpful and literally had me in and out within a minute of me arriving at the store a great personality and great customer service and I thought it would be a lot more steps than he did he literally like bring it up send it and he typed it in and I was in and out I am very very pleased with his customer service

Well stocked and organized. Quick check out. Great for all things office and household management.

Always clean, usually not too busy, and the people at the print shop are always amazing. This is expecially true of the more regular weekday gentleman.
