Book Haven

This is by far the best bookstore that I have ever been in and I have visited many across the US. Excellent variety of desired books in like new condition. Barb keeps a very clean and colorful store. It does not get better than that!

Once a year I like to remind everyone how lucky we are to have Barb and Book Haven in our lives!! Her store is the best, always supplied with the book you wanted and the book you didn't even know you were looking for!

I love living in a small town, getting to have all the small businesses we do! This is my go-to for any book I might want, and Barbara is always so pleasant and nice to chat with. Her store is very well-organized, and it is easy to find what you're looking for with a nice large inventory. Barbara will check her computerized inventory for you if you're pressed for time and need to call, but it's always better to stop by, say hello, and browse the shelves. You're sure to find something new every time! And don't forget she'll buy your used books for credit towards new-to-you used books.

The best thing about book haven is the owner.. She's the nicest person you'll ever meet, and she'll give you wayyyy more trade-in credit than any other place. Well I guess there's more than one best thing, (sorry I got ahead of myself) which is the store itself. A nice medium sized space that's always clean, always peaceful music playing, well-lit, and stocked with a stupid amount of books. It's like a real book hav......ok I just realized where she got the name for the store. Very clever.

I love this little book store. There is soooo much. I traded in some books got $21 in credit and just so happened to find the exact book I needed for my book club. Love this little nook.

Highly recommend for your book needs. Our family loves this book store! It’s organized, staff is kind and helpful and it’s always quiet and clean. They have a nice children’s section towards the back with a variety of books and nice puzzles for the kiddos and a great selection of fantasy and sci-fi which is most of what we read.

You can bring in gently used books you’re done with, have them inspected and get in store credit that can go towards half the price of a used book you wish to purchase. They also have lots of new books and are very attentive about having new things in stock as well.

I love going to Book Haven. Barb, the owner is a barrel of laughs, very friendly and fun to talk to about any subject. She has a saver program for those customers who bring in their books to be resold. Barb knows books; new, used, you name it. She knows about our Loveland Public Library programs. Some CDs and reading materials she gives to nursing homes.

Such an eclectic, interesting store! You might have to dig to find what you want, but that's part of the fun (in my opinion). Very kind folks working here, too.

I love this book store. It is not only a warm and welcoming environment, but I have managed to find every book that I needed and if not available, it was ordered for me. I love the fact that the customers are treated with so much kindness. This is a favorite by far and I am so blessed to have found it.

Love getting credit for books I have read and I won't need again. Always a good selection and if something you need really needs to be ordered the owner will do it with no problem. Also lots of assistance when needing lists of books for series. A wonderful place to take a breath from the rest of the world.

Found this place by mistake, just got lucky and we really did get lucky. So many books and the lady behind the counter a co-owner was so helpful.

We buy a good amount of books often online, this will now be our first stop before we buy them online. It's that great.

This store is perfect in every way a book store should be! You can even bring in old books that get you trade credits towards the purchase of another book. Large selection and pleasant owner. She will also order books (new or used) if the ones you want are not in stock. Great place.

I love books, and this store is the place to go for people who are looking for both new and used books from an expert bookseller. The store is carefully organized, the books are reasonably priced. A chat with the management will quickly turn a book search into a fun, educational experience.

Can I just say how amazing this store is? The owner is very knowledgeable and sweet. The store is clean with a wide variety of books, both new and used. It is truly a haven from all the crazy in the world right now, and it’s become one of my favorite places in Loveland to be. I came in one day, weary to the bone from caring for patients in the COVID ICU of a local hospital. The owner and I struck up a conversation about the challenges in our country and the world right now, and I told her about the challenges in my profession as an RN taking care of COVID patients. I felt like a burden had been lifted from my shoulders after confiding my struggles to her about watching people die of COVID and feeling helpless. I came out with a lot of books, a renewed spirit, and an even greater love and appreciation for Book Haven and it’s wonderful people! Thank you for making a difference and creating a haven for bibliophiles like me!

The owner runs the shop and she is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to order books for you if she doesn't have it in stock. She is always super helpful and extremely nice!
