I was very confused about my bills after some misunderstandings about my account. I went into the store to get some help and Phoenix was understanding and took the time to listen and help me to understand what was going on with my bill. I was very thankful for her suggestions and caring attitude. I felt much better leaving the store than when I entered.

ASHTON was an amazing young man that helped me last week! Long story short the day before I had gone to a different 3rd party T-Mobile carrier in town to get a new line of service. I spent over 2 hours on the phone that day w/T-Mobile just to be told call back in 24 hours. Fast forward to the next day I went into the local Ottawa T-Mobile shop. Explained what was going on to Ashton, he had me in and out of there with a line of service and a new number in 20 minutes! This young man knows his stuff! Totally recommend you ask for him if you need help with your service in Ottawa. Dude totally needs a raise! He did for me in 20 minutes what 4 other people could not do in 2 hours . Ashton’s just the best! 🤟🫂✌🐢

Nicole (although really, everyone there) is amazing. Nicole is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable, and her customer service skills are far above the norm. I know I'm excellent hands working with Nicole. I **HIGHLY ** recommend this T-mobile store for all your phone needs. Great job, everyone!

How refreshing! On this visit we finally experienced the excellent customer service. I have always enjoyed with T-Mobile previously via phone internet and well... other stores quite frankly. Nicole was fantastic and helped my husband get his phone replaced immediately. I know a lot of other LG users are in the same boat sadly. Five stars in gratitude!!

Sales rep at this location named Danny has been extremely helpful extremely polite. To the point that he really should get a raise he really is a very good employee. And the reason that I did not give up on T-Mobile. The customer care line the 611. Absolutely is horrendous I have called them twice in this last week trying to take care of the service and they have been horrible they would get a minus rating you can't get answers from the phone service people. I had one sound like she was drunk I actually asked her if she was drunk or high and I still never got a resolution to why I was calling. So the phone service customer care service you guys need to work on that. But Danny at the location here in Ottawa Kansas on 15th is absolutely the top of the top best service I can say that I have experienced gone out of his way to make sure that all needs were met.

I had a very pleasant experience with Nicole. She was very pleasant and helpful. I had a replacement phone to pick up and she spent the time to be sure everything transferred over to my new phone. I truly appreciated her help. To be honest, I was dreading coming into the store as I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee a couple days before. I will add a separate review.

Nicole was awesome! We were getting off a family plan, switching had been a month long adventure. We were so thankful for her willingness to get it done for us today. She was pleasant and thoughtful the whole 3+ hours we were in the store.

Amber was so helpful and so sweet.
I explained to her that I had just got home after surgery and couldn't set up very long. She got me and my husband's phoned switched over and answered all of our questions within an hour. She is truly amazing.
All Tmobile reps should learn from her.

Nicole was amazing to work with! Nicole was able to switch us from our prior carrier to them and set us up with new phones and an affordable phone plan for the two of us! I will add, the entire staff that was there Saturday afternoon was amazing! They all made the environment feel welcoming.

Late edit-I want to add a CAUTION here:
That day in store, just before I left Phoenyx pulled up this site on my new phone, added the 5 stars & asked me to give review & actually recommended what should be said. I had to get to work so just quickly did it & left. Later that night I realized she had taken the sim cards out of both of the phones I had brought in, my broken phone & a phone a friend gave me to use. (I called the customer support # & they said that is NOT normal practice, but assured me my info would be safe). She had transferred my info from my broken phone to my friends, then told me it's not going to work properly because it was an older phone & she recommended a new phone, which I purchased. Being not so tech savvy I asked her to delete my info out of my friend's phone so I could return it to him. She said it'd be easier to just take the sim card out & shred it. I was concerned about the security of mine & my friend's information on it & she assured me it'd be fine, that they have a company that takes care of that. I joked about having a micro shredder for such tiny items & gave her permission to take that one. But not the one from my old phone! I didn't realize that one was even gone until just before bedtime & I wanted my alarm info. The next day I returned to the store, but they weren't open yet so I left to do errands & while I was gone I got an alert saying someone was trying to get into my fb acct. I knew it wasn't me & wasn't sure what to think, this hadn't happened before. Then when I got back to the store, I asked Phoenyx about the sim cards & she said those were gone & we can't get them back, & I told her I'd gotten an alert that someone had tried to get into my fb acct & she told me it was her! Like no big deal! (She's the new assistant manager! & should know that's absolutely illegal per my 2nd call to customer support, whom told me to report it to local police). When I asked her why she was trying to get in to my acct, she said because you told me were having trouble with your messenger acct. But the alert came in that morning before the store ever opened & she did NOT have permission to get into my fb acct & I was not even present when she was trying to get into it. So a word of caution if being assisted by her.
Also, removing the sim card did NOT delete my info from my friend's phone, customer support walked me thru a reset of the phone that did remove it.
I would like to add that Amber & Danny were fabulous. And Amber was amazing in helping me get things straightened out a time before when there were issues at this store & she managed the other store, that is now closed. So I really would highly recommend Amber.

Danny was amazing!! I switched carriers and bought a new phone and ported over my old number, but the phone would not work after activation. We called support and did everything they said and told us everything looked good on their end. Still no service. We stopped in the store for help and after it turned out the SIM card that came with the phone was damaged and he replaced it, and all worked as it should. Thank you very much for your help!!!

Well there are a couple negative reviews. I assure you, they are wrong. I am in the retail business, a small business owner and have also had many dealings with different mobile carriers in my life. The service I received from this Location, Nicole and the young gentleman working with her, sorry didn’t get his name(he’s from Hawaii though if that helps)went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Above all else miss Nicole worked tirelessly until she resolved my issue, which was a quite a difficult one. I had the opportunity to spend about 3 and a half hours that day in the store. I watched the way they interacted with every customer and they all received the same great customer service and professionalism that I did. I would highly recommend T-Mobile and this store for all of your cellular needs. On a side note to the boss, think of it as if I were a secret shopper. You need to keep these 2, great salespersons. If not I have a job lined up for them lol. I could use a boost to the bottom line.

Was in the store cause i was not charged properly the first time. Phoenyx helped me the second time and was very apologetic even though it wasnt her fault. She even helped me get into a better deal that wasnt offered my first time in the store. I highly recommend asking for her to help you when you go into the store.

We were caught in Sprint switchover T mobile. We got the best service and follow up assistance at the Ottawa store. The other stores up north just seemed like they didn't really care. At Ottawa they were very personable and helpful with all our questions and concerns, especially Phoenyx.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for about 10 years and have experienced numerous customer service scenarios. I’ve had some good and bad, but I’m always very happy with my customer service at the Ottawa store. They’re prompt, professional and nice young men and women. I leave happy with my products and services every time.

Customer service rep-Pheonyx was very helpful when transferring my mom's phone to a new one that Sprint had sent. It was set up wrong when ordered and she had to spend 20 min on the phone with Sprint support to get it straightened out. Very professional service. She also changed the Sim cards on our existing Sprint phones to tmobile to help reception issues that we were having due to the setting down of Sprint towers in our area.
