Everyone that works at the store is very friendly and helpful. I always find what I need there. Sometimes they are short staffed though like the day there was nobody available to do it a print/copying job for me.

Staff very friendly and helpful. store had all I needed except extra printer ink for my new printer so they ordered me some. I got a 10% veteran discount

Basia, the printing center clerk who worked around noon on Wednesday 9/27, was the most helpful individual I’ve encountered in retail in YEARS. Open to a solution to my problem many would have refused she straight up saved my family's day trip! I had to print an entrance ticket I only had a screenshot of and my phone couldn’t connect to the internet to email it. She agreed to take a picture of it with her phone and got it printed for me. I was SO THANKFUL for how much time she saved me! Not only she knows how to operate the equipment she works with, she truly has a customer oriented attitude. She has a sense of humor and is definitely a keeper for your team. I would give her a raise just for being a caring human being in addition to a good employee.

The service at Office Max in Longmont is amazing. I had a photo book I needed to add pages to for my business, Serenity Horse. I sent the new pages over. They printed them and cit them down to the size of the pages of the book. They cut the spine off the book. Then added the pages and put a spiral in to keep it together. It took me several days of goin in, resending new pages I had created in Canva. And every associate was kind and helpful. The manager, Glen, was ultra helpful in making sure it was done correctly.

This Longmont store is well stocked and has decent prices. Like getting rewards for returning empty cartridges. Use tons of ink so it adds up. Whenever ordering anything online, I don't have to wait a long time to pick items up at the store and there is someone to assist loading items in the car. All of their staff have been super friendly and very professional through out the many years I have been a customer. I always have a positive experience. I highly recommend OfficeMax.

The moment I walked into this Office Max in Longmont, Colorado today I was greeted by an associate and directed to where I was requesting product.

I was able to find what I was looking for and Nancy at the front desk register was extremely helpful and kind with great customer service.
Nancy asked if there was anything else she could help me find and was very friendly. Nancy went above and beyond to help with price checks and the quantities I was was requesting.
Nancy took notice what I purchased and asked if I would like any additional products that would fit my needs based on my current purchases. I really thought that Nancy was a genius during my check out.

Thank you Office Max. I appreciate the helpful staff at this location and will be back to purchase more as a loyal customer.

Basia in print services is so helpful & friendly. She goes above & beyond to provide great customer service.

Terrific customer service. Whoever helped my wife today, thank you. She did some color copies for a kid's classroom and the price came up a lot higher than she expected. She was really bummed afterwards and called to ask about the price. They shared how it's cheaper with online orders and then offered to refund the difference, and when she went in-store to do this, they ended up giving her a full refund. It really made her day. We'll hit them up anytime we need something from now on. I highly respect staff like this and that they are empowered to take care of their customers.

I received such quality help the other day when I was in the Longmont Colorado store. Bodey is very kind, very efficient at his job, and patient when you have a lot of questions. Thank you!

I was greeted when I came in the store by a young man who was very friendly and very helpful. He was not pushy he left me to make my choices and he was there when I needed him. As I continue to shop at least one other employee check on me to see if things were going well. The store was clean and the service was good

I was greeted as I walked in the door and an associate asked if I needed help finding anything. He pointed me in the right direction and I found products that other stores in the area were out of stock on. All of the employees were very friendly. I will absolutely shop here again.
