22Aug.2023 Nice feel on customer service. They have what you need. Just at the time this store didn’t have what I was looking for. Clean and spacious isles. The way I like to shop.

We were traveling through the area and needed to find medicine for our son who is sick. I can't speak highly enough about how friendly the staff was from the floor staff, to the cashier, to the pharmacist and the manager. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in assisting us with finding what we needed for our son and wishing him well. Thank you for your compassion!

Went to the pharmacy today and Alan the pharmacist gave me my booster and I just want to say he is so kind and patient. Never rushes you and always welcoming and polite and willing to answer any questions you have. It's nice to see someone who is actually caring and sincere.

Drive thru service is great here. Amanda double checks to make sure everything is correct & is always kind & helpful.

Thanks Kara, in the pharmacy, for assisting with getting a prescription for Xarelto refilled when the CVS on Liberty Road, Fredrick said it would take 4 days to get in stock.

Ordered prints of pictures from my phone. They informed me when they were ready and I picked them up. They look good. No issues.

The Pharmacy is very efficient and helpful. The regular staff is as well.

Vaccination services are extremely efficient when using online scheduling. Staff within pharmacy and manning registers were welcoming and friendly.

I’ve had pretty rough experiences here before BUT Amanda is a great employee and very helpful. 👌

Waited on phone for 24 minutes to get Pharmacy to call doctors office to get a partial refill due to doctor not prescribing enough pills. Told them I'd been waiting for 24 minutes and I was told that there were only 2 people on duty. HEY, NOT MY PROBLEM. And today, (10/18) the pharmacy is closed due to computer system crash. Boy, aren't computers wonderful.......hate to write negative reviews but this is just not right. People who call in should be answered in the order of customers who walk in or call in. Don't just wait on the walk-in people until they're all gone and then answer the phone, if that's what happened.

Poor customer service. This store is kind of backwoods and the service is on par with that.

I really want to like this pharmacy but I find whenever I am attempting to refill a prescription there are multiple obstacles to hurdle. I continuily receive different information from the front desk technicians regarding why a prescription has not been filled, only to then find out after the second or third try it has been filled. When I question them about the inaccurate information I have received previously there is no response or even an apology. I find it quite frustrating, just today my inlaw called to get a refill and he was told, "they could not refill it due to it being to soon," "but he could call his doctor and have them call a special order in". He called me for help, by chance I looked at his account online and it showed the medication "in process"! I called the pharmacy and they of course told me they were filling it and it should be ready in an hour. The information relayed to my inlaw, to me, then to the pharmacy could not have been more than 30 minutes! I literally do not understand all the miscommunication.

Do not go here for photo printing. The machine did not read all my photos off of my SD card and the photo folders to hold and protect my prints that did print weren't located easily by the cashier. I specifically checked no borders on all my prints and several came out with white borders looking like photos from the '60's.

Now you don’t even get to speak to a real person! You have to leave a voicemail and just think they are going to call you back! This is a new level of low for CVS. My issue is a medication issue- not a medical emergency- but it’s still urgent! They don’t tell you when they are going to call you back. There is no timeline. Just oh someone will eventually get back to you. Ridiculous.
