Customer service was outstanding. They didn’t have what I needed. Instead of turning me away, they pointed me to a competitor that did sell it and they educated me what to look out for when purchasing a specific brand of wood. It’s been ages since a vendor actually cared enough about a customer to send them to a competitor.

I have dealt with Dale lumber since 2016 as the bookkeeper for a contractor. Cecelia has always gone out of her way to help us. Mr Dale does a lot of the deliveries and is always so professional.

I work for a contractor and we have used this company as a vender. but never again. We placed an order for a project for one of our clients and had it delivered to our warehouse since the client was not home to receive the delivery. It was paid for by us before delivered. The call we got today from Cecilia at Dales lumber was absolutely the rudest, nastiest phone call we have ever received from a vender. We are working with our client who decided to reach out to Dale's and spin a bunch of tall tales (apparently not mentioning the fact she has not paid for said materials yet) and instead of redirecting the client back to us to handle (since the materials have been paid for by us and delivered so Dale's has NOTHING more to do with it) Cecilia decided to try and get involved calling our office and being so incredibly intrusive and impolite it was astounding. Perhaps some customer service training is needed for Cecilia before you lose more customers. Also, she told us, quite curtly, that they leave no paperwork with the deliveries when their driver did indeed leave paperwork with the delivery to our warehouse.
