Shout out to Emeraulle who helped us select paint colors - she took her time, is very knowledgeable about the SW line, professional and positive. Ask for her if you go in and you'll have a great experience.

I just had to write in about how helpful Juliette is! We have been in there many times, picking out a lot of paint, and different finishes for our new house, and she has been SO helpful! Most of the time we can only get there right before closing and I have kept her there with a large order a little late and she is so kind and helpful! I have called in orders and exchanges with her as well to be ready ahead of time. She is really awesome in every way and she knows her paint!! She has helped us out a ton and she definitely goes the extra mile for customers!

As a designer, I have worked with many paint stores in NOVA but I must say that the Gainesville S-W is my “go-to” store. Often times I need quick and efficient service from the paint company to have the orders ready or to help with achieving a certain color or shade for a client. The professional staff is very helpful and cooperative. Jarred (one of the employee) has gone above and beyond to assist and ensure that all questions are answered thoroughly and follows through with the order. I highly recommend this store.

I called the store first to ask if they had a particular color. The young lady was very helpful and said she would have the paint waiting for me. When I got there, she rang me right up and took the 5 gallon container out to my car. She was very nice and customer service focused.

The staff at the Gainesville VA store are incredible. They go out of their way to explain what you probably have not been told about paint, are patient while you come-up-to-speed, and absolutely do everything in their power to ensure your tint is exactly what you have in mind but can't explain all that well ;-)

Kudos to the entire staff - you have a lot to be proud of in regard to customer satisfaction.

Great store. Lowes failed 3 times to match a paint color and Sherwin Williams nailed it on the first try. Patient staff who know what they are doing and knows paint. It cost a little more but the quality is really really good.

The employees are helpful and give good advice on what type of finish you need. Plus, they have a ton of colors, and the quality of their paints is great! Smooth and easy to apply -- won't peel off with the painters tape like some hardware store brands.

Great service, greeted me right away, had the color I wanted, received my paint quickly and they brought it to my car for me.

The level of knowledge and helpfulness even if you are only just painting one wall is so superior to anyone at a big store such as Lowes or Home Depot. The tips and tricks that you learn because the employees take the time to ask questions make any project fun and exciting. And they have all the necessary tools! Definitely go to the Sherwin Williams store!
