I really like this place. Such A wide selection of products. Baking supplies, decorations galore, each season. They even have some wood working supplies! Make your own jewelry, yarn. Tons of art supplies. Paint, sketching, you name it. I especially enjoy their end of season prices. Can't beat it!

I was at the Gainesville location this past Sunday and a very well informed and polite team member, Andrew, helped me find some sensible fall wreaths that would stand up to the direct sunlight on my front door.

Not only did Andrew tell me where the wreaths were, but he also told me about some coupons I could locate on my phone.

It was so refreshing to receive quality service from a young employee!

The two times I've been, the employees are helpful and pleasant. Yesterday, one in particular stood out, Moody helped to steer me in the right direction when I was not sure, and I really appreciated the extra effort and honesty. Every store should have someone like Moody.

Really nice location. The store was really bright, which I liked because it was kind of grey outside and it kind of boosted my mood a little. Store also looked to have a lot of items in stock even though they were actively changing inventory because of the holidays being over. Would recommend and come back in the future.

This Michaels is by far my favorite in the area! It is always clean and fully stocked. The staff is always very friendly, especially Moody who has helped me load large items in my car multiple times (Christmas trees, Easter bunnies, large wooden signs etc). Also, they are always fully staffed so the check-out line runs very efficiently, which during holiday season is a must!

I ADORE this location! The staff is always super sweet, attentive and kind. I am always asked if I need help, and they are kind to my children as well! I truly appreciated one day in which Zoey was particularly kind and patient with me! I had gotten a new phone, was locked out of my rewards account🙈 and she waited for me, patiently, despite the long line behind me. In these times, kindness goes such a long way and truly makes a difference. Thank you, Michael’s for hiring exceptional employees! ♥♥♥

Great deals every time I go! The customer service is great. The store manager, Moody, is the best! He helped me with a problem in store, he was so friendly and willing to help me. I love shopping at Michaels in Gainesville!

I was in there looking for grab boxes with my baby and was surprised to find several. Moody helped me get my grab boxes, set them aside at the front so I could continue shopping and helped me load them into my car so I didn’t have to leave my baby unattended. Thanks Moody!

This is my "go to" store for all things creative as well as to purchase creative gifts for friends and family. The staff is always helpful. They also have an Aaron Brothers frame shop. The gentleman there, Mohammed, is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He is a joy to work with and always ensures my matting and framing is precisely what I need.

Spaced out store carrying plenty of craft variety and then more. Tip - you can get low-priced gift items for school celebrations when dollar stores run out of them.

My wife and I recently had a painting framed at the Custom Shop inside Michaels and we were blown away by the results! While it was a a little costly, Mahmoud suggested an inner and outer frame with border to perfectly highlight and enhance our painting! Truly a craftsman with an eye for detail and beauty! We highly recommend this service!

My daughter and I love it here for all the arts and crafts supplies. Always a great selection, coupons are always available, this location is generally well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I go to this one instead of Manassas, bc the staff here is friendly, the store is clean, the shelves are stocked. Like today, on the way out, this blonde gal looks up and perkily says, "thank you!" The other store, the employees grumble. This one wins.

I have always loved visiting this store. I have taken my kids, family when they visit and sometimes I just walk around by myself. You never know what is going to catch your eye and they always have things I can use. Great store

I'm big on customer service...so that "welcome to Michaels" gets me every time! Makes me want to shop!! And, it ends with a friendly cashier and "have a nice day"

Super friendly staff helped me find just what I needed for pottery! This is my go to place for craft materials and hobby stuff.

I spend alot here.I am an artist and crafter! I love their coupon deals.The only problem that I have with them is that alot of times,things like their wreaths do not have prices showing. Which means I have to go find a sales associate to use a price gun, to tell me the price

Going to Michael's is always fun, but going when Moody is there makes the experience even better. Everyone is so kind and helpful, especially Moody.... Have I said how much I love Moody? Go to Michael's when Moody is working and your day will be made!
