Lewis Saunders helped us get phone service today and was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He even gave us information on a discount to waive the activation fee and save some money. Not many people do that nowadays— they want you to spend as much money as possible. So I really appreciated that. He is a GREAT addition to the AT&T in Princeton!

Wonderful experience at AT&T today. I am always nervous to change my phone and Lewis made the process so easy! He went above and beyond to help us pick out great products and answered all of my questions about my new phone. We will definitely be back and hope that we can always work with Lewis!

The people here are amazing. One of the employees, Lewis, spent 2 hours fixing my phone and getting it up and running. That was no easy task. Another gentleman there, Russ, kept checking on us and helping with everything he possibly could. Huge thank you to them! I appreciate it more than they know. Keep these two AT&T!!

Lewis Saunders was very attentive and immediately helpful from the moment I came in the store. I had a bad experience at another retailer and Lewis listened to and fixed my issues in a very hospitable way.

I have been with AT& T since 2009. However, the reason I stay with them and currently drive by 2 closer at&t locations is for one reason and one reason only “Russell Bailey”. I appreciate his honesty, integrity and professional product knowledge. He never hesitates or tries to pawn anything off when I have an issue. I am in the retail sales business myself and am pretty successful in my trade and Russell gives me everything I ask of myself when I am dealing with others and maybe then some. I can promise you this wherever Russell Bailey is working is where I will and the rest of my family will always do business. Thank you Russell for always being a honest and trustworthy individual.
