AT&T Store

Came in with my family to get a couple of new phones and figure out how we could reduce the overall plan price. Our assistant Reynaldo was very helpful and thoughtful and helped us with everything we needed. Easy 5 stars!

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience here at AT&T Fitchburg. The sales associate Julio was great with communicating to us about the different deals and even helped out with eliminating expenses we were paying before that was unnecessary. Highly recommend to anyone and the store smells great

Julio and Erubiel provided me 5 star service. They stayed late (past closing time) until my phone was activated. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication. I visited quite a few ATT stores across the country, and this by far is the best one, plus it’s very clean. They will take care of you properly.

Sean was awesome! We came in to check on how much was left on our phone leases, and Sean was able to save us money on our bill! We also found out that we could get a much better plan for our internet service than with our current provider. We will definitely be driving back across town to get help from Sean again!

Best all time service I’ve had from any AT&T location. Erubiel at the Fish Hatchery location in Madison, WI was very friendly, very helpful with annswering any questions I had, and explaining everything in great detail! You guys rocks!!

Picked up a new phone yesterday. I’ve been buying iPhones for a few decades now. Yesterday’s process was one of the most enjoyable. Erubiel helped me return an item. He made it no hassle, was incredibly accommodating, and incredibly fast. This is my second time interacting with him and I am glad he was working. He is no nonsense and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend for promotion!

WOW - the entire team (Julio, Sean and Mgr. Erubiel) rolls out the red carpet for service at this location. Last weekend, I had issues with my phone and Julio helped me select a new phone that identified with me. The service was impeccable and genuine. They work as a team and also provide customers with personalized support 👏! I was pleased with the level of service that I received, but their capabilities were limited. This store operates as an AT&T Reseller (MWT, Inc) rather than an AT&T owned corp store.

Great customer service! I went in to add a line and the associate was friendly, attentive right away, granite it was a blizzard outside so no one was in the store. We were in and out! Great overall experience!

Enrubiel it’s excellent collaborator an accountability profesional. He is a customer service-oriented person and that makes him valuable to clients.

The two people who were working that day were amazing. I can't remember the names. But they were so friendly. One guy was training but still very professional. I was able to contact my dad and have them discuss with him about and concerns with the upgrade and they did above and beyond what I could ask for. I will be coming to this location from now on.

Francisco Sean and Erubiel are making this store great. The level of customer service they provide is second to none, and I go out of my way to go to this specific store just for the service. I've been burned at several different stores before and can attest this store is what a phone store should aspire to be. If you're looking for representatives who truly care and want you to have the best rates possible, this is the store. They always make sure to talk to everyone no matter how busy the store is. Even if it's packed they do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. They bring out waters, and sometimes even some snacks! Overall a great experience and if you've ever had a bad experience with ATT and want the bad taste out of the way, This is the store to reimagine your expectations when it comes to ATT.
