David and his team did a stellar job making buisness cards and advertising banners. Amy was especially helpful with all the artwork and layout. Very profesional!! The finished product was so good some of my associates are getting buisness cards made there now. Who knew the UPS store at Latta did more than ship packages?? I do now!

My Boss needed to have some technical drawings converted electronical to send to a vendor and they were on unusually sized, 22" x 32" paper. Not only were Amy & David able to help him out and download the documents to a flash-drive, but they were also able to clean up the scanned images. They really helped us out this time and we would use them again!

I had a wonderful experience this morning at this specific UPS store. I was in a pickle to get some work done for signage for my business. I told Megan that I needed to get this done immediately if possible. She told me they were a bit backed up but she went out of her way and helped me with all of the signage I needed done. Long story, short, she made it happen in only 30 minutes! Thank you Megan! You are a true rock star!

The United States Post Office would not accept the package that I had to send. So I went to a UPS store. UPS was happy to help and had on hand a simple bag that went over the package; problem solved. No more USPS for me.

Marge runs an excellent store. I've done business here at least weekly for 11 years now. A few employees have come and gone, and some are more pleasant than others, but in general the staff is always hard-working and helpful.

Went to The UPS Store on Latta Rd in Greece. The best customer service experience I've had in ages. I sell on eBay a bunch, this time didn't have a box for an oversized item (over 30"). Owner provided me the box at a discounted rate AND packed it for me. But get this, it went USPS because they had a $7 rate vs. a UPS $13+ rate (he explained they had great rates for items under 4 lbs.). I even printed the packing slip and shipping label on their store printer. Will use UPS as primary eBay shipping choice from now on.

David was wonderful, his service and products were amazing! We had a few print jobs done, and we use them for shipping almost daily!
