Kroger

The shopping is great they have a great selection, and the prices are fair, but trying to check out is awful. You have to wait in line too long, They don't have enough checkout lane s open, and self check out is a nightmare. I love the cashier's they're all nice and friendly.

Everyone here is super nice & helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied

I had my big dog with and didn't wanna leave him in the car. Soooo i went thru pharmacy drive thru. Even tho I didn't have a prescription there, the gal went out into the store and let me purchase it there at the drive-thru.
That lady went above and beyond what she had to do. She could have just told me I had to go inside to purchase that.

Great besides the self checkout which will hold you up rather than make ur trip quicker like most places with a self checkout. It weighs the bags and there are four on the turn style but if u have more then that to ring up you have to move some back to ur cart and it shuts u down requiring an employee to come assist. I've not seen this system implemented anywhere else I shop.

Kroger's is my favorite grocery store in the area. I love saving up my fuel points for that dollar off and filling up my tank to really save some money.

Great place to shop. Great customer service and selection. Use the app to get coupons and save money.

Great selection and the fastest cashier I have ever had which is probably a good thing as the lines were extremely long with only one full service cashier working.

It's always a pleasure to shop here most of the time you dont have people pushing you around in aisle to get what you need plus if you ask a question most of the time you get an answer and it has friendly workers there most of the time unless they are having a bad day but that is understandable because all businesses have a bad day here and there

Very busy some empty shelf spaces. Some lettuce rotting but otherwise good.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. IMO, the selection & quality of the food far surpasses any competitors in the area. The employees are always friendly & pickup orders are always brought out in a timely fashion.

Very pleasant and well organized. Handicap accessible parking and entrances. Huge parking lot. Multiple stores attached like a strip mall so to say. Public restrooms. Very large selection and great deals with Kroger card. Fast customer service center, which is up front.

Very pleasant Kroger employees! At the deli and at checkout, they were helpful and smiling the whole time. Made me feel welcome!

I was driving South on I-77 and stopped here to buy from the deli and produce for lunch. Easy. 3 minute off 77. Back on the road and headed home to NC in no time!

Very good Kroger’s! Friendly employees and very clean, organized store. Multiple entries/exits. Plenty of parking spaces. Fuel Center at the end of their perspective lot. Public restrooms are available. Sales nearly everyday. Pharmacy inside as well.

Although this is an older Kroger location, it was well stocked and staffed when I visited. I love shopping at Kroger because they are unionized and we need to support the working class. Please don't use the self checkout. Cashiers need their jobs. Also let the baggers carry out your order, it keeps them a job. I highly recommend shopping at Kroger.

Kroger has always had a part in my life. It's the only go to place my mom went for anything.

We always visit this store when we come to WV to visit my daughter. It's always clean and well organized. The selection is always nice, produce is always fresh. The employees are friendly and helpful. Checkout is a breeze.
