Gabriel was highly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He assisted our entire family and offered the best in-store experience in our 25 years as Verizon (formerly airtouch) customers. We don’t give reviews often — he made the difference.

Alex had to multitask as it was him working with 3 of us who were buying new phones. He did a fabulous job.

Not only that I witnessed him help several other customers simultaneously while still setting up my phone. He was quick, precise and respectful. Montanna has been great and has fixed every issue I manage to come up with on my phone. She answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. She is very knowledgeable, polite and has a lot of patients. All the staff in Portland is great! They're all awesome and I will only go there from now on.

Shelby is awesome to work with, she set my husband up with a new phone and a hum and she had us in and out in about 20 minutes. She answered all our questions with patience, she did have to call boss a few times, but even that was handled quickly and efficiently.

It was a beautiful day at Portland go wireless, and Kohl was super helpful with setting me up with my new iPhone 7 plus. He made sure my phone was protected with a case and a screen protector before I left and I felt very confident walking out of the store. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the store by Kohl, who was super knowledgeable about all of his products and made sure I was comfortable with my phone before I left.

WOW! The customer service in Portland is AMAZING! I came to their store and not only did I get a first class treatment, they made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Most phone places just make you feel like another number, but not here!!

Ah, the sweet smell of customer service in the morning... My phone wasn't working properly- most likely because of something I did- and the crew of the Portland Verizon Store easily fixed my problem. They even instructed how to both prevent and fix the problem in case of a repeat incident.
They then suggested I get a screen protector (which I did, in fact, need) and I agreed. Mandy pointed out that she was the best at putting them on, and it turns out she was right.
All in all, I left the Portland, MI Verizon Store very satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Verizon needs to keep this team together for a long, long time.
