I did an BOPIS order on a Friday night and it was completed in a very timely manner. The associate assisting me was friendly and offered me perfume samples as well. Very good interaction, especially considering it was about 20 minutes til the store close.

Every piece of jewelry is high quality and the employees are the most helpful. Half price birthday month sale is the best.

I went to go and make an exchange and everybody was so helpful and kind. I went to exchange a gift my aunt had bought me from Kendra Scott but because she's out of state, trying to find the information needed was practically impossible. None the less, Carson (I think she's one of the managers) was so incredibly nice and bent over backwards to help me with my exchange. She got everything sorted out for me and I left with 2 pieces that I absolutely love. Love the team here♡

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went in looking for a specific pair of earrings I saw online, and she knew exactly which ones I was looking for. Packaged up very nice and pretty, which was plus.

My husband bought me a necklace for our anniversary. The people there were very nice and helpful.

Kendra Scott is AMAZING as always!!! They always have the friendliest helpful employees and always a beautiful selection of pieces to choose from. I walked in to treat myself for my birthday, (helllooooo color bar) and met the nicest associate. Her name was Rachel and she was incredibly kind. My KS bar necklace broke that honored my brother who passed and in the middle of the color bar customizing, she tells me she’s going to GIFT me a purple (birthstone) bar necklace in honor of my sweet bubba. We both started tearing up and were trying to not sob! I’m forever grateful to her for that gift. People like her are the reason I still believe in humanity not because it was something free but the kindness and passion she showed to me. A stranger. So thank you Rachel and Kendra Scott!!

My daughter is 10 years old and loves this shop and jewelry. She loves the Elsa necklace and also the stretch bracelets. Beautiful quality jewelry for my budding fashionista!

The manager of the store got in touch with me about my situation. I cannot believe kindness she showed to me! She definitely outdone herself.

The staff are always helpful and patient. The merchandise is very reasonably priced. Have bought multiple pieces from them with no issues.
