Krislyn was a great help, I messed up a little while trying to do a trade in and they made sure I didn't feel too bad about it. I forgot that I had a rechargeable back on my xbox controller and they found me a used stray backing. I also reset my xbox while at the house because I didn't realize that would make their job harder but they were super patient with me as I got the xbox all re-setup so they could check the memory. Thankfully there wasn't much of a line so I wasn't holding any other trade ins up with my mistakes. Super understanding and I totally would have understood if they couldn't have taken it but they went above and beyond to help me out and I'm thankful because I live all the way in cocoa so it was a bit of a drive 😅

Krislyn was very helpful. I bought the wrong controller and was able to return it no issues. She exchanged it with the new one and i was on my way. If only every interaction in life was this smooth...

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here, and if I did it was only due to things outside of the employee's control. Always great customer service, knowledgeable and very kind. The store is always clean as well, which is a big plus. I don't have many reasons to come here anymore but whenever I do I always leave happy.

I've been going to this Gamestop for several years. The employees are helpful and often greet me when I walk in the door. They answer all my questions, both by phone or when I'm shopping in-person. There's a nice variety of used games, as well as a good selection of figures, Amiibo, and Funko POPs for collectors.

Was in the midst of some water damage, but still was very helpful and had just what I wanted.

Be me, 30 something 6/10 looks. Girl working the counter is a cutie 3.14. I'm looking for a copy of battletoads. Said she has 3 copies at her place. We head back to her place she tells is its about three fiddy no tax. I pull out my money and the cutie 3.14 turns out to be the God damn lock Ness monster! Nessy didn't even have a copy of battle toads.

What's great about young people working at GameStop? They know their stuff. You want games? They have 'em. No matter who I talk to, I always get good advice and great service. Not sure what's out? Go in and tell them the type of gameplay you like, and they'll make recommendations of what will fit you.

Very beautiful Gamestop. Staff was probably the friendliest staff ive ever spoken too at a Gamestop. Nick and some lady were very talkative and friendly. All Gamestops should be like this and employees should be like Nick and his coworker.

Staff is very welcoming and doesn't pester you if you're just there to look. Pretty knowledgable about upcoming releases, with the exception of JRPG titles. I wish they had someone with more knowledge in that area.

Love both Titusville and Cocoa GameStop locations. They always have the best employees and selections! Kudos guys and gals!

Love the employees here. They are friendly and helpful and don't mind spending the time with the customers. They never rush anyone and genuinely care.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Large selection of games, consoles and accessories. Also, if you're a Pro member then you are eligible for lower prices and discounts.

Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They had a good selection of video games, memorabilia, and other items revolving around video games.

Cashier attended me as soon as I walked into the door and asked questions to help me out quickly.

This is my main Gamestop; I pretty much live here and the customer service is outstanding. They're friendly & will chat about anything under the sun if they're not busy.
