Generally speaking this pharmacy is great. However, do not schedule covid testing here!

There is no signage anywhere outside indicating where to go. I arrived early and called inside; the woman who answered clearly didn't fully understand what I was asking about, but told me to remain in the line outside. 20 min past my appt time, I called inside again because the truck ahead of me wouldn't move up, and was told BY THE SAME ASSOCIATE I spoke to earlier, that their pharmacy drive through had been closed since February. The only indicator of this was an overturned shopping cart (no sign), which I couldn't see anyway thanks to the truck in front of me.

She told me--someone here for a covid test--that I should come inside the store. I reluctantly did so. Note there is a paper sign on the front door stating covid testing is drive up by appointment and not inside the store.

Recalling her total lack of knowledge during the first call and noting that there were two infants waiting with their parents at the pharmacy, I was not comfortable with the situation as a potentially covid-positive person experiencing symptoms and I left.

I waited two days for this appointment, and left without the test I need not only for myself but to relay to others I may have exposed before I showed symptoms and knew of my own exposure. I am vaccinated. So are the two people who tested positive and exposed me. Trying to do the right thing shouldn't be this hard.

This is my go-to "quick mart"; partially because of location, & partially because of the experience I have here.
Everyone here is kind, respectful, and generally willing to help.
Bang is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her genuine empathy always makes me feel like welcomed.
The remaining staff give each visitor individual attention and I (personally) have never experienced anything than great customer service.
I would recommend this location.

I Love this Walgreens. I always feel very welcomed when I enter their doors. The staff is friendly and heplful. Their new manager always seems to be working there. He is very engaging with my children, and they love seeing him there. It seems at most retail stores that they assume the worst(Loud and messy) with kids.

I also appreciate how clean the store is on the inside and outside. Even their restrooms are clean.

Very clean and organized. Friendly staff. Attentive pharmacy staff. Always fully stocked on every product. Good variety of refrigerated items and they have ice. Great store!

Best Walgreens around! The pharmacy has the best people, especially Katie! She did everything she could to figure out a way to help me today. The guy pharmacist is also very nice and seems to be there all day every day!

After having an absolutely terrible experience at the Pendleton Pike location, I came to this one and was helped by Stephine B who was outstanding. Alicia from the pendleton pike store should have some more customer service training by Ms Stephine.

Best Walgreens in this area. It has a small town feel with great selections and well stocked. Noble has the extra touch by getting to know the customers!!!

Without getting too detailed, the pharmacy manager there has taken care of me and my family too many times to count. I am so thankful for that.
