I always have a pleasant experience here. Sometimes they might be out of an item but if I come back the next day they typically have it. All the staff are very friendly. Produce is always great looking. Compliments to people who work in produce.great Job Kroger Team.

9.9 times out of 10.....the prices are good and they've got what a person needs. Part of me had to laugh at prior comments made by others. Anybody that rates this Kroger 1 star and/or says negative things probably has their own problems in life.... if you think about it. Contrary to the negative reviewers' opinions, the employees are cool and very helpful.

I ordered a cake for my mother's 90th birthday & was so disappointed when I picked it up. After talking to the bakery manager Theresa, she immediately prepared another cake that was above & beyond my expectations. I was so impressed with her attitude & her desire to satisfy me & correct the situation. And then to my surprise she refunded me my money for the cake & charged me nothing! The cake was a big hit at the birthday party & was absolutely delicious! I will definitely use the bakery again. Best service ever.

Great grocery store, this place is always clean. Ever since I’ve been going to this grocery store they have been taking steps to improve this store. I really like it and would recommend it to all of my friends and family. The hours and location are very convenient!

I wouldn’t typically think of grocery stores as “5 stars,” but the employees make this Kroger a great place to shop. They go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, more than I’ve ever experienced at another grocery store. The store is clean and food selection is good, as well.

Personally i don't like to go to very posh town centers and shop but this was and is a great neighborhood and the store is usually fully stocked. Today on the 4th of July it looks like they got hit really hard with a rush and they were out of beefsteak tomatoes and i asked he said he was out because they are usually the best for bbq's and burgers especially. Today i was making my famous chilli and needed those tomatoes but luckily the produce clerk was friendly believe his name was Mike, and he handed me the next best thing on the vine and they were the last in stock and weren't bruised or unusable. My experience at this store has always been positive. I will say when it's midday or late afternoon the lights are off in the pharmacy area and can see a little dark but other than that, the store clerks and managers are very helpful.

My check out at the u scan was great too because i saw him helping an elderly asian woman with her grocery by placing them in the bags and in her cart since she had a hard time lifting her things. I'm guessing she had extreme arthritic pain and couldn't lift anything.
I waited patiently and got myself at a uscan and was impressed with the conversational skills with him as well because normally people at the check out lines dont speak unless they got an issue with their till.

All in all the nicest kroger i have been too in a long time besides westfield.

My experience was absolutely great I have been struggling something terrible lately and a man in front of me in line apparently left some money after he checked out I told the guy who is ringing me up hey you got some money on the counter there don't lose it he said no it's for you the man in front of you said leave it for the next people that don't happen too often but God was looking out thanks it was a total of $60

Kroger has done a whole revamp of their customer service and grocery experience. I am welcomed every time with a hello and also have a few favorite people, the Manager Brad (who has done runs around the store trying to find me a gallon of milk, finding one, and giving me a second for free), Alex who bags groceries and unloads carts is so sweet and happy all the time, this goes without mention all of the other wonderful employees!! I wish I knew all of their names to say thank you. Everyone always has a smile and are eager to help. They always ask if they think you need a hand and never hesitate to stop what they are doing to help you find what you need. The grocery store has become a community of amazing, hard-working individuals. Good for you, Kroger!! Your effort does not go unnoticed and makes for a very pleasant shopping experience! Thank you :)

We go to this Kroger regularly because it is close to home and has a good organic section, but their customer service is the worst I've seen at a grocery. I've had the unpleasant experience with two girls, Lissa & Michelle who checked me out. They talked the whole time and in the end left two of my four bags on the table. When someone is bagging your groceries you expect them to make sure they give you all of them. You don't expect to get all the way home to realize your groceries are missing. Not one of the girls had the decensy to come find me and make sure I got them before leaving. I then called (waited for 10mins) and talked to a co-manager, Teidra, who was less than apologetic. I had to ask her to make sure my groceries were there so that she or an employe could bring them out to me. Needless to say she failed at this easy mission and I and my toddler (with no shoes) had to go inside and wait again to finally get the groceries. That didn't go well because no one took responsibility for their actions. I've also witnessed a manger yelling at a kid when what he should have been doing was taking the initiative and bagging groceries himself....although, "this isn't his job" is what he yelled at the teenager. No one is friendly, no one greets you, no one goes the extra distance to make things right. Do you think Tedira talked to her employes about what they should have done? No, she didn't say a word. This is why this store fails on customer service, because it is ran by people who only care about themselves.

Have you ever wanted to feel like norm when he walks in to cheers? I always have, and at this kroger I do. The staff makes a real effort to get to know regular customers. Leesa and Colton are the poster children for that welcoming and funny, but not invasive or creepy thing. The store itself is great - clean and well stocked. The butchers, produce and bakery folks are always willing to search the back and produce that exactly 1.4lb London broil or really really really green plantains or turn all those baguettes into a cornucopia (seriously) at no additional charge. This kroger, right here.

I used the self checkout and station were all clean and operating. The clerk was very helpful when I had a senior moment with an item i was trying to scan.

Best pick-up order staff, always respectful, polite, and kind. Great products, and in store services are great, also.

Ah. The best Kroger in Indianapolis. Fresh sushi bar, olive bar, florist, amazing cheese section and oh the wine! It even has a Starbucks!

I've been using this Kroger for over 15 years and they've always been highly co insistent I. Their service and availability. If management has remained the same for any significant length of time, bravo!

Even though they are remodeling, they still have great service. I was greeted twice in my 15 minute shopping trip.
