I wanted to give a review for Ian. I was rushing into CVS on a late Saturday night, and was scrambling trying to find some things. Ian assisted me right away and helped me find everything immediately. Working long weekends are not very enjoyable, but I appreciate how Ian sees to it to give amazing customer service on his weekends. Ian, you deserve a raise for your great customer service and friendliness! Thanks man!

Don't sleep on this CVS! It's always clean & organized inside! Plus Miss Maggie at the Pharmacy Counter is an absolute saint! She helped me get my daughter's medicine & made me feel welcome! Thank you love! 💕

The store Manager, Danielle, went over and above to provide photo prints when the original material i ordered them on was not available. It was for my Dad’s Celebration of Life and time was if the essence. She could tell I was emotional so she jumped in and helped me, calmly, which was so appreciated during this difficult time.
I’ve ordered many photo gifts from here and they have always delivered, quality, reasonably priced product that everyone loves. Photo mugs, canvas prints and now they have ornaments that I will order this year as gifts.
I also love the CVS awards program. Almost every time I buy something, I have rewards money or great coupons.

I purchased a couple of items from CVS. The staff was really helpful in finding these items. Plus, they were knowledgeable in those items I was looking for. The pharmacy filled my prescriptions in a timely manner. They were friendly and addressed me with a smile.

Called late to see if we could get a prescription filled in an emergency, since the one closest to us closed earlier than we expected. Not only was it a quick phone call (total phone time was 7.5 minutes including talking to Pharmacist), but the process was easy. Went in, waited in line for maybe 10 minutes and was checked out promptly. There was only one guy there (it was after 9 when I called), but he got our situation handled with zero issues.

When I left, I noticed the line had grown to about 5-6, being 10pm, I was surprised by this. This would be a lot for any one person to handle, so, hopefully, people cut this guy some slack. He took care of us and I'm grateful for that.

Pharmacy Crew: Absolutely STELLAR group! They are busy non-stop (no joke) and still treat every single person with kindness, offering focused attention to every customer through the line. On multiple occasions I've spoken to Wesley- both over the phone and in-store. Fantastic person! Super helpful, thorough but quick (the definition of expeditious), and like everyone behind the pharmacy counter, it's obvious Wesley cares. The Staff holds it together under pressure, and I'm grateful. Happy to have found this CVS. 👍

Wish I caught the name of the lovely young lady at the register. She helped me over and above to straighten out my insurance.. Again, FANTASTIC crew!

The pharmacist David was very resourceful when I had issues paying full price for my medication. He incomes me about discount cards for meds. He was also very informative about the medication I was prescribed. I appreciate his great customer service. I am giving David 5 stars because great customer service along with knowledge is becoming rare these days. Thanks again David.

I went in for a follow up after a visit to the ER a few weeks back. Nurse Rogers was so great! She was very welcoming and made me feel so at ease - she removed my stitches and prescribed antibiotics I should have been given at the ER, and also set up a follow up to check on me. I very much appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and lack of judgement. I felt as if I had been listened to, and she was taking a genuine interest in my wellbeing.

I was upset that the drive thru was closed and I have a cast on my foot but the staff was friendly and apologetic. They saw I had two sleepy toddlers at 11pm needing their antibiotics and they were able to get us taken care of quickly. Also I appreciate the texts when my RX is ready.

I just wanted to let CVS know that I had the best customer service from Sam in the pharmacy. She was very polite and helpful. She helped my husband and I both out and we are very thankful for Sam’s kindness. Wish more people could follow her custom skills. We will continue to use this location because of this reason. (She took the time to run my insurance card twice) for some reason it was not expected the first time. Thank you Sam for going the extra mile for us!!

Mr. Syed is been a big helper every time I need to find something in the pharmacy. Always willing to help. Always greet me when I walk in.

Best pharmacy in the state of Florida. Only place I have gotten meds in under 2 hours...including other CVS pharmacies. Joe was exceptional as usual and always gives excellent customer service.

Being unable to reach the CVS Corporate Office in Woonsocket, RI, I decided to leave my comments here. I go to this CVS location very often. I am not always in the best mood. There is an employee there who is always helpful and courteous. Today was no exception. I decided to get his name. I was told it was Lamotte. Sorry if this is not correct. I will still try to get through to Corporate but decided to post this in the meantime. PS - the five stars is for the employee, not CVS.

Very clean store, great new look with the Health Hub set up. The front check out Diane is super pleasant. I always find the store manager, Fernando to be very helpful and nice. The pharmacy is always busy, as a pharmacy typically is. The techs are kind and pharmacists always available to answer my questions. Great store, my local CVS.

Completely satisfied with my experience here. Pharmacist Sarah was absolutely amazing, she listened to my issues and filled my prescriptions with a bright attitude and quickly. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with different pharmacies and pharmacists in the past, but Sarah made it all easy and comfortable, and got the job done. Best pharmacist ever!

I usually don’t write a review but I got to for I had a wonderful experience from Adriana helping me to figure out my issues with insurance and co pay . SHE IS AN EXPERT ! And have a great customer service skills too.

I was planning to use GoodRx to see if it would help my price of $150, my local CVS sent me here cause they said or would take too long and they were closing. Got to this one and the pharmacist was able to helpe get the prices down to under $40 and it took no time at all. While waiting for it to get filled the ladies working back there were in competition to get all the prescriptions they were getting in cheaper. We're so thankful!!

The staff at this CVS just saved me from a scam that would have cost me $900. The scammers were impersonating TECO and demanding payment or my service would be disconnected. A million thanks to the CVS staff for their help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is very organized and very clean. It has everything including a health HUB.
