I’m not one to normally add reviews - but my experience tonight was well worth the my time. I’ve always been a fan of Verizon’s product - they are by far superior on cellular service in my opinion. Tonight - I am now a further concreted customer cause of customer service. The Verizon In Fitchburg in Cahill main (I believe that’s how you spell the road) the manger Dean was huge help. He operated efficiently, knowledgeable, and had me in and out with my request in less than 20 minutes.

I have literally spent hours in Verizon before trying to accomplish the same thing.

Thank you Dean for making this happen and getting my family on the road in time for our trip!!

Cole and Sarang were very helpful. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient. They solved the issue I came in with. Highly recommend!

Ian at the Cahill Main Verizon is AMAZING!! He was able to solve my many issues with my phone and did so with grace, patience, and a smile on his face. Thanks Ian, I will only be coming to your store and hope to see you.

Sherman and Logan were absolute life savers after a month of challenging customer service transferring from ATT to Verizon. Finally, once I made it to this store, we got to the bottom of how to trade in my old device and settled all outstanding issues with excellent customer service. The employees at the McKee location are empathetic, well informed and took every opportunity to find solutions to my challenges. I will never go to another Verizon store in Madison, especially the store on Cahill Main, when far superior customer service is available a few miles away on McKee road. After many headaches and dicey customer service at other stores and online, I'm finally happy to put it all behind me and be a Verizon customer. Thank you again Sherman and Logan!

We were Greeted with hello and can I help you from and Staff logan.Nice ! SHEMAN HELPED Set up business cell S23 FE phone took a while Sherman went through all features and didn't get upset repeating himself with all my questions. Nice clean Store.

The managers and specialists at this store are so dedicated we came in the store at 4pm and it was jam packed. When it was our turn our phones just wouldn’t connect to the line for some reason and the staff stayed 30 minutes after closing to help us make sure it’s fixed.

Came in shortly before close, they were super helpful and very fast at taking care of us. Great store!

I came to the store with an issue with my brother’s iPhone which couldn’t charge due to debris in the charger input of the phone.

September was great, she greeted me with a smile and genuine interest in my request to clean the input.

This lady knew she wasn’t getting a sales, but still provided extraordinary attention and services. She also thoroughly explained the issues and her findings to us.

Let's just say, don't be swayed by those "cheap" carriers. I left Verizon and it was the worst 2 weeks of my life. Service was great here, shout out to Dylan for hanging in there until phones were back on Verizon!

We updated our phones today and received outstanding service. Tim Dickert was so patient and explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. He set up the new phones for us and transferred all our data from the old ones. We will certainly recommend this store and Tim to friends and family.

Taylor Mueller was extremely helpful. He was able to get my husband a new phone and save money on our bill. Took the time to work with us and give us all of our options. I would highly suggest working with him.

Had a great experience purchasing a phone case here. I'm not a Verizon customer, but I was looking for a store selling Google Pixel phone cases and Verizon did not disappoint. Service was quick, staff was super friendly and considerate, and they even saved me some money. Also they didn't ask me a million questions or take down too much of my personal info, and they were practicing good social distancing inside.

Came in to get additional details about a future upgrade. Was greeted and helped right away. Alex, the associate, was very knowledgeable and friendly; it was nice to get the information I needed as well as have casual conversation. Didn't feel pressured to buy- just get what you need with a sales rep you can trust.

I went in to get my SIM card fixed and the customer service was great. Tariq was very nice and patient with trying to get my phone to work. Will definitely be using this Verizon store in the future.

Verizon has the best staff in this location of Fitchburg!!! I went to the other Verizon in Fitchburg and got screwed when I got my old phone from Verizon I went back to this location and went to the Middleton location that this Verizon in Fitchburg is with and Dylan at this Verizon has been a big help getting the old number with the new phone and getting the watch disconnected Dylan has been the best specialist at Verizon that I have ever ended up with and I would love to have him again at Verizon on McKee Rd that is also Verizon in Middleton location also!!!

Cole(Nicholas) was absolutely amazing. I was in and out of the store quickly and I got an amazing trade in deal. He answered all of my questions and was extremely personable. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Cole!!

Misha and Levi are simply the most professional, cool people ever. My phone was literally a brick when I came in. They helped me get my phone out of some weird setting and got me back on the road. Seriously, these guys and this store absolutely rock. Highly recommend!!!!!

We came in to switch phone plans and add a line. Sam, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, thorough, transparent, and went way above and beyond to help fix some activation issues we were having with new phones. Would highly recommend this location.

Such great customer service here; I was at the store for almost two hours and Nick was so patient the entire time and answered all questions thoroughly and made sure we left feeling satisfied.
