We have ordered from and/or visited Apple Wellness several times and have always been very pleased with their customer service and their products. Yesterday I placed an online order and told them I was hoping to receive it quickly because it was for my cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer. They actually put it on their delivery truck that same day and I received it (with no shipping charges) a couple of hours after ordering! Now THAT’S some awesome customer service! I also received a call from them asking if I had any questions about the product I ordered. They are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Apple Wellness!

The owner, Tim has the brightest and most positive energy. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about his products and so are his wonderful staff. I have never had a bad experience and every one of the employees are super upbeat and love offering to help. The products are also worth the cost because they really work. I very much recommend this store.

My first visit to Apple Wellness was very pleasant. The staff let me browse without feeling pressured to purchase anything, and were extremely knowledgeable when I had questions and wanted information on specific products. I was able to connect with Erin on a personal level too, which shows how friendly the atmosphere is at this store. I'm excited to give these new products a go, and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Apple Wellness' knowledgeable staff is very valuable. Talking with them in the store or over the phone is worthwhile. They have been able to work with me for health issues that doctors could not or would not help with me. I can say that I am pain-free and inflammation-free because they were willing to work with me and suggest some great resources and products. I have a very tight budget and they were very helpful is giving me the greatest price to fit my budget. Cherry on top of that - they are great community supporters as well! I feel great because of you!

Visited for the first time last month. I’d heard of some supplements I wanted to try for help with anxiety and acne. I went in and was impressed with the large product selection and knowledge from the helpful staff. No one wants to go in for health-related needs and feel sold to with a pitch. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was given take-home literature about CBD oil (which I later came back to buy) when I had some questions about it.
It’s great they also price match other retailers, but here, you’ll support local! Also I love they play 102.5 on the radio. Thank you, Stephanie for your knowledge and assistance. I’ll be back! My skin and anxiety have already improved!

Our customer service rep was very enthusiastic and could answer all of our questions. She also was using the product herself so we felt comfortable with the information she was giving us. My husband has started using the oil and has seen improvements in his jaw clenching.

Came in for some hydrolyzed collagen, amino acids and a daily multivitamin. Olivia mentioned she was fairly new but was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the products I needed. The price comparison to stores like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, The Healthy Place seems to be more reasonably priced. I'm Always impressed with (the owner) Tim's ability to hire knowledgeable and courteous employees. Been coming here for 5+ years and I'll definitely be a lifetime customer. 5 stars all day!

The Apple Wellness staff really focus their attention and knowledge to answering any questions you may have. They were open to finding the product that would best work for a variety of lifestyles. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was encouraged with the product choice I ultimately made.

I did notice some products may be cheaper elsewhere or online, but we had a great coupon to use that day!

Amazing customer service. They will work with you until they find solutions that work for you individually. The employees are compassionate, knowledgeable & friendly. The CBD oil they recommended for me has changed my life & has given me quality of life by helping to relieve my pain.

Apple Wellness is great. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they obviously enjoy their work. They spend time with the customers, answering questions and exploring options. I have never felt like they were just trying to sell me a product to make money. Rather, they seek to find true solutions to the issues we customers present.

Apple Wellness has fantastic products and customer service. I walked in today with lots of pain in my neck and shoulders. Kaleb was a fantastic listener and had a few suggestions. He even let me sample the Hemplucid body butter. I only used it on one shoulder so I could compare how I was feeling. The body butter worked great! I could move my neck and should on the right side completely pain free. Kaleb was extremely knowledgeable and gave me literature to read as well. He did an excellent job! Thank you Tim training your employees so well and for providing caring, excellent customer service along with quality products! My family and I are thankful for you! Keep up the great work Kaleb!

Each time I have been to this store, I have been greeted with tons of knowledge! Not only from the owner, Tim, but also from all the others. They not only teach me what I need, but also what is not necessary for my particular concerns. I love that they have 102.5 playing in the back round as well -- what a nice health store!

Billy was wonderful: very helpful and provided detailed info on the products we inquired about and how these items have helped others. I plan to return to Apple to purchase more and highly recommend them to persons looking for both a unique product as well as a great one-on-one shopping experience.

I had a very good experience at the Apple Wellness store in Sun Prairie. The sales representative was highly knowledgeable about CBS oils. He spent quality time with me, which was very well appreciated. Great young man.

Apple Wellness is truly a standout business that I just discovered by accident. They had a specific product that I could not locate from any other source. A very pleasant young woman even gave me a follow up call regarding my order. Where do you typically get that type of service today?

Great customer experience today! I was about to leave with three containers of protein powder and the associate asked me if I was sure I had the right flavors. Sure enough, I had selected one flavor by mistake. This one quick act of kindness saved me a trip back to exchange and a great deal of headache. Thank you!
