I went to the Verizon store in Chili NY and the gentleman who helped us was beyond amazing! So kind and was incredibly helpful.
I was very in happy that their was no phones to choose from accept a iPhone 15. I wanted an iPhone 15 probiotic max but had to settle with this iPhone 15 . But the guy was great. My phone was stolen so I had to have an immediate phone but not happy that I got this one.
But he was great!

Ben is a genius! We have been consulting Verizon online for the past week with no help. Less than an hour with Ben and all four lines are fixed. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays. He is a keeper!!!

I needed a new phone and went to the Verizon in Chili. The store wasn’t crowded and the young man working there, Deion, gave us his undivided attention and the time that we needed to facilitate the process of choosing a new phone. Deion helped us to save money and to change from Spectrum to Verizon. Deion was very patient, respectful and just a nice young man! He truly went out of his way to help us!

Switched my phone with my sister and brother in law over to one plan. We all got new phones. The switch went good and they helped me pick out the best plan for our needs. The 2 workers answered our questions and concerns about we all needing a different plans. Great experience
