Had a big issue with my Galaxy, I met with Dave at the store - and he was one of the most helpful people I've met. Guided me thru the items and succeeded with resolving my problems. A rare person who provided such amazing customer service- something that's a lost art form. If you need anything from this store, Dave is the person you should ask for!!

It is for sure my favorite T mobile store in LA. Amazing, attentive, and cool staff and team that are extremely helpful and friendly. Had Freddie and Josh helped us this time and they had a great team work and gave us lots of great information and assisted me in switching my device to a brand new phone and maximize my plans. They are also very patient and cool to work with, it is that type of customer service that makes you laugh and at the same time, feels solid and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Robert at T-Mobile, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Robert went above and beyond to address our issues with our iPhone. He was thorough in exploring different options to resolve our problem and took the time to ensure we understood each step.

Robert's attention to detail and patience were outstanding. He was not in a rush and made us feel valued as customers. He clearly explained the differences between insurance and warranty, providing us with a thorough education on the topic. This clarity was immensely helpful in making informed decisions about our phone.

Everyone here has been kind and helpful every time I’ve come. But I want to thank specially Abraham for going the extra mile. He is a very knowledgeable, nice, helpful, understanding, polite and organized person. I’ve never been helped by an employee with such a nice and positive energy. He deserves a raise or a promotion because people like him make people like me want to keep doing business with T-Mobile! I let him know personally how happy I was with his customer service but I think when someone is standing out from the rest, they deserve the recognition, that’s why I decided to leave a review here. Marco at this Beverly location is awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient and polite. Takes all the time you need to explain things and is just a great guy. Highly recommend him and T-Mobile

Despite the fact that I went to the store at 7:30pm, on a Saturday night, at the end of a long busy day, I received an excellent service. The gentleman who assisted me, took the time to explain me all my options in terms of phone plans and conduct research to compare phone options. Great experience and irreproachable customer service.

I have been to many Cell stores around the country and this is the best one yet. I had an appointment and the manager called me to change it because of issues at the store.

I've been a custom of t-mobile for years and the few times I've had to make a trip to the store, this store has been super helpful. They try their best to work with you to fix your phone issues, aren't too pushy when it comes to sales and there isn't a huge line most of the time.

I have gone in here multiple times for phone upgrades. It's not the fastest process but the staff has always been patient and very helpful.
