By far is one of the coolest GameStops i have ever been to one of the workers named Andrew looked out for me tuff I highly recommend this store over any one I've visited in my 33years

Caid, Ashely and Adrian really made my experience at game really enjoyable . There were all so friendly, helpful and attentive!! A+++ I will definitely visit them again with my nerdy self !!

Great shopping experience. Went in with the family and the store manager Nina provided what we felt was one of the better customer service experiences we’ve ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable and even went out of her way to make suggestions on upcoming releases.

Great example of customer service!! Two thumbs way up from us. Experiences like these are what will keep us from buying online.

I’ve recently visited the store I’ve shopped in for the last decade and had a unique problem with a pre-order. The store manager Ari, was quite helpful and gave me a breakdown of how best to solve my problem. I was told that she would personally oversee my issue and help me resolve it. I followed up the next business day and was met again by her honest and concise customer service. In a time where I’ve been recently lacking true customer service and support, it’s a breath of fresh air to know that people like Ari are still out there to help out a customer in need. Thank you for all your support. I recommend this store to anyone who wants staff that goes above and beyond.

The employees are very sweet, and when they couldn't find the product I was looking for, they recommended me to another game store that had what I needed.

By far my favorite GameStop location. They have a great setup and the staff is knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. I especially love the selection of retro titles that are constantly in stock, and I don't mean just random titles but actual solid retro titles. Being a collector this place is perfect to find some rare games. Again great location and I hope to see the retro selection grow even larger!

I went in today (11/8/18) around 7:45pm. I had the best customer service here!!! Before I had came to this Gamestop, I had called the one in Montclair. Very rude people . But when I called here(at this Rancho location) by far best customer service. The young women answered all my questions. She is very nice. If it wasnt for her best customer service, I wouldn't have came to her store. I was 15 miles away. And I was in traffic! She also had my item ready! The gentleman that was working with her ! Awesome greeting!!!!!! Great staff here !

Got me headset for $31 dollars and with a year warranty. So 😊 with the service ashley at foothills center shop.

Very helpful, fast, fun, and friendly team here. I was able to browse through the collectables, and I picked out the perfect birthday present. Definitely will be coming back here.

This review is for the game release party for Call of Duty - World War II. This was my first experience pre-ordering a game a couple months in advance, but with the kid getting ready to hit his teen years we had to attend.

The staff did an awesome job organizing this. They had a taco lady, two raffles, humvees, along with ARMY recruits and other give aways. People were coming in and out of that place during their 2 hour (7pm-9pm) release party, and the staff was super friendly. They helped anyone with questions (answered calls) in regards to the game pick-up setup.

At 3 pm (this same day) they opened the reservations for anyone who pre-purchased the game. You were given a group number and told to comeback by 9pm. At 9 pm you were lined up by group number and were able to get the game. The lined moved super fast and the transaction went smooth. You showed your receipt and you were handed the game. From the time we lined up and received the game, it was less than 5 minutes.

The whole experience was cool for what it was. Both kids had fun walking around, eating and playing the Nintendo Switch. Kudos to the staff!!

I like this gamestop a lot. Its not dirty it looks very professional last time I was in and they also actually have more than just a small selection of games. They have a large collection with anything from shirts to funcopop to gifts for anyone this is a great gamestop to go to!

Staff was friendly and engaged with me on several occasions. Found what I was looking for and bought some collectables as well. The employees really make the experience and not every GameStop has the quality like Terra Vista GS.

I love GameStop, even just to in and talk about games that are releasing soon or counsels, or anything , most of all I bought my first next generation Xbox series s , from this store, it was still exciting 💯👍👍👍👍👍

Best experience yet. I usually go off my own mindest and opinions when it comes to video games but the insight at this gamestop was amazing. I was helped by Stephen Ware who after smoothing out my doubts in a game I had previewed but wasnt sure on buying also showed me more choices that I wouldnt even consider playing in a whole new light. As if the creators themselves were explaining it to me. No upsales at all. Just great conversation and customer service plus actual knowledge in gaming preferences. I will be returning frequently for sure & would advise you too also!

Knowledgeable staff gave me so much information and explained so many things to a Mom who knows nothing. So don't worry and just ask... Great service.

My son is a super fan and crazy gamer. They only take my money a little at a time. Nice employees who are way tech savvy.

All the latest releases, pre ordering etc. If I added up how much $ I've spent on my boys over the years in this place, I would probably have a heart attack. Great place
