First time ever coming to this store and I needed a pair of shoes that would help my feet from hurting. I asked one of the workers and he took time to show me some good shoes. I thought that was nice of him and he was knowledgeable about the products. The shoes I got feel amazing on my feet and the store is not super expensive. I would recommend this shoe store to anyone.

I came down to visit from Wisconsin. Forgot to bring my sandals and running shoes. Walked in and found the facility clean and organized. Bought my sandals and running shoes. Gave me veteran military discount. Thank You

She is very helpful, kind, and takes her time when helping customers find what they're looking for. If they don't have what you're looking for then she offers to order them for you. Great job!

It had been years since I'd been in this place. The change of what I remember it to be (run down with employees with bad attitudes and unorganized) is vastly different! Very clean and well organized. The staff were all upbeat and helpful. We were able to shop with no disruption from pushy sales people, but had a helping hand near at all times. Checkout was quick and pleasant

Great shoe deals for single family homes that's on a budget.

Had a bad experience at the location in st Pete so I drove to this location. The store was jammed packed and the line was longggggggg because of the tax free holiday. I still waited. All 5 or 6 registers were open & the line was moving at a nice pace. All the employees I encountered & saw assisting other shoppers were very courteous even though it was chaotic with the 100’s of people inside. My cashier made my transaction a breeze & she was beyond delightful. I’m upset I forgot her name. African American beauty with short dark hair and light colored eyes.

Service was great. I guess they are not doing anymore buy specials anymore. It just is not like them not to give you a buy one get one at a discount. It has been only about 4 months sence my last in the store. But what ever. My last time in.

Love shoe carnival really the only place I get me and my kids shoes from love the military discount also would love if they brought buy one get one half off that really help me rack up on one shoe at a time also love earning.my ten bucks off .But seems like it really don't help as much

The staff are very helpful in finding you shoes that you want or shoes that fit. The prices are amazing and the layout of the shop is very organized. All in all if your looking to diversify your footwear then I think that Shoe Carnival is the place for you.

Great store and Rod the manager is the best. Good selection of shoes and well stocked. In addition to being great prices too! I would highly recommend this store when you are near the Brandon Town Center!
