AT&T Store

Luca was exceptional and super helpful. All of the employees were successfully multitasking while helping multiple customers at once. I was very impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and attention to detail and they were truly concerned about each customer’s needs. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a cell phone service store location. Bravo! Thank you, Luca!

Chris Munn helped us switch to Verizon painlessly. Usually that is a big thing to go to a competitor and customer care is not helping you do that. This guy left a good after taste. If we ever get back to ATT (if we have reception, where we live) that would be through him!

Luca was great. He is the best I have ever worked with. Was with Verizon for 22 years and I'm happy to be with AT&T.

I was looking to trade in my phone and get a reasonable price to pay per month. Thankfully, i was helped by Heykel and he managed that for me. I had a quick and efficient experience at this organized, modern store.

When I purchased my new phone, I went into TheAT&T store in Estero Fl.and I got help from a great representative in their name Quan. Wow i was in the sevice / Customer Service for years and i would like to say if you have any questions concerning your phone go in and ask for Quan.
This gentleman had all the answers and was very polite,professional, managed each person with a positive attitude and a smile to greet each guest and solve the problem on top of it. AT&T is lucky to have this guy.

They did not push accessories, instead softly recommended them. I had a wonderful experience! They love coffee and Starbucks is right next door, so bring them a cup the next time you stop by.

I was helped by Tyler and ended up having a considerable amount of faith restored in AT&T! I’m a long time AT&T customer that was with Cingular before they were bought out and haven’t been happy with AT&T for a few years now. I went in to see what my options were and received excellent customer service. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. While I was there, my friend ended up getting a brand new phone, new plan, and six new accessories because Tyler took the time to review her account and find her a better package that fit her current needs. Ashlee was amazing! She helped me for 2&1/2 hours last week to help me trade in my impossible to fix iphone for a new one. Even though it was very troublesome she continued to work on it and eventually figured out how to fix the problem so I was able to trade it in. She was very sweet and smart. I definitely would recommend her and this store.

I have a company phone and our company uses ATT. Have never been happy about that as I have not ever found them to be a customer focused company. Direct TV the same. They had an abusive monopoly that created an attitude that has never really changed. People however work with people and the people in this cell phone store just rock. Michael who got my new flip phone set up was very knowledgeable and a cool Dude. He got me in and out in a jiffy. The next day I found I was unable to pair my cell phone in my car. The Store manager Jessica went to my truck me and could not pair it either. Was surprised when we went back in the store that she did not have a company help line. She was forced to use the same tech service as consumers and she was transferred to the wrong place twice and it was sad to see the lack of support they provided their own people. So how did she finally resolve it. First of all she demonstrated exceptional patience with the different techs around the world whom she was not assisted by. The patience and ease in how she carried herself put me at ease as well. Then she went and found some folks she formally worked with and got this handled. Store Manager Jessica you are a Super Star. Thanks so much.

Ashlee was wonderful. She patiently spent the time to get my Apple Watch to work with my iPhone after the people at the Apple store could not. AT&T, you are lucky to have an employee like her!

I switched to ATT and ordered a new phone and accessories which I opted to pick up at the store. There was some difficulty with switching my sim over. The person on the other end who was supposed to be activating the service of the phone was trying to cancel the online sale somehow and resell it for his own commission. But the in store sales reps that helped me, mainly Ashlee (with help from Abraham) were extremely persistent and knowledgeable and sincerely went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed properly. I can’t say enough about these two employees! I’m very satisfied with my experience. ATT you need to check up on your shady activation department. This could’ve been a nightmare if Ashlee and Abraham weren’t bright enough to figure out what was going on.

Tyler G was Absolutely wonderful and helping us set up our new cellular service post hurricane Ian. When she had questions, she knew to ask Mike for guidance on what to do. They make a fantastic team.

This AT&T store is very helpful. My husband had his phone stolen and the ladies at this store and Jess went above and beyond help me get him a phone that night. There was some confusion with customer service that I had to go straighten out in the store tonight. Michael went above and beyond as well to make sure I was taken care of.

Jessica did a great job of answering all my questions. She was very personable and her professionalism and knowledge gave me a lot of confidence in the information she provided. Jessica provided outstanding customer service which I greatly appreciated.

I had such a positive experience with Brandon, Sean and Mike! They were so patient when helping me trade in my phone. They were very knowledgeable about the different models and helpful when transferring all my data. Highly recommend this location!
