I have had the best experience in an auto parts store ever. I do not say this lightly. The manager Lisa was very friendly and professional with everyone who walked into the store. She helped me identify the best product I needed for my car and I was more than willing to pay for a higher end product because how she explained things to me. And then I needed guidance and help with installation and regional trainer Mr Yosnel Martin who was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty. He was a consummate professional and helped me tremendously and he did this with so much patience and a smile. As a result of his help I needed up buying two more parts for my car. O’Reilly auto parts Valrico in the place to go for your auto parts.

The best service in town! Needed a truck mirror asap. Called at 1:30 in the afternoon and they were able to get it there so that I can pick it up by 4 PM. Made my life so much easier having their excellent employees help me over the phone. They were really great; can’t say enough good thing about their team of workers. Going forward, if I ever need any help with the truck or car or any parts, I will call them first. Thanks guys.

Check engine light came on last night. Going down I 4. Nothing happened so I came to o'reilly's first thing this morning to see what the issue was for check engine light. Customer service was prompt and quick. To give me a print out. Thank you .

Stopped at the store on SR-60 because I had a headlight that needed replaced on my FJ Cruiser. I had tried replacing on my own but was unsuccessful. Antony was awesome. He came out and replaced both bulbs for me. Great above and beyond service!

So I had to find a part for my wife’s Honda Accord and this place had it and the staff was great. Walked in and right was was greeted with a good morning and how can we help you. They grabbed the part that I needed checked it to make sure it was not damaged and told me to have a nice day. Will use this location again

These guys are outstanding. I went to a dealer to get some radiator hoses, and all I got was a lot of questions and no action. They weren't interested in getting the parts I needed, apparently they are just doing time. I went to O'Reilly and they had me sorted and on my way in 10 minutes. No contest, I'll make this place my first option from now on. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Needed a special battery that they didn’t have in stock, they were able to get it within two hours! Great people here!

Best auto parts store I've been to in a long time, I drive about 20 minutes from Plant City because the people are great and the selection is wonderful. One of the only places in my area that was able to get Herculiner roll on bed liner.

Excellent Service. I brought my car 🚗 wipers from there. They installed a the Management brought me a soda. He didn't know I was homeless and didn't have a place to eat or live. What a nice thing to do for a Submarine Veteran thanks 😊 🙏 Gentlemen. Stephen

During my recent visit, the management and staff engaged me right away to check to see if there was anything they could help me with. I asked questions and they provided honest answers with no fluff. They even went above and beyond to get a rare item I requested and they had it brought to the store within an hour! Excellent customer service! Excellent communication skills. Well done, gentlemen.

Very helpful. They are super nice even when you have no clue what you are asking for. Ive went up to grab parts for my husband and they help me and dont shrug me off being a woman like other auto stores have done. Love that they are open very late and rent tools.

Sean was so nice today. I arrived without my mask because I was not driving my own car. I called the store from the truck. Sean remembered me from the day before, confirmed what I needed, took payment, and brought me the set I bought. Not my first time in this location. Ive been happy with each visit.

Was ok. Not really what I have expected but it was ok. Glad they were open right after the Hurricane Ian.

Everybody in there was very helpful I was looking for fuses for my truck so I need a different ones and the guy helped me out and also showed me other fuses that light up when they're blown. I will definitely be going back there I felt welcome there and it's not too far from my house.

I had a bad battery in my Nissan Versa me and my fiance came to this location to get it replaced, upon arriving Mr. Kenneth begin to help us, he looked the battery replacement up and removed the original battery and after removal realized that it was not the right fit( i have a funny shaped battery) , upon realizing that Mr. Kenneth went in to find the right size, unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Mr. Kenneth volunteered to go to the Seffner location 45 minutes away in traffic to get the correct part, but luckily he did not have to another wonderful worker pick the part up, I was even given a 10% discount for my wait.

Great service. The manager and assistant are super friendly and energetic. Always willing to help in whatever way they can.

I actually liked it. they've been a very reputable store online for parts, and I was pleasantly surprised the parts my dad was looking for were also in store.
