Ross Dress for Less

Bought some clothes for Christmas gifts. The cashier was nice and quick at scanning the items.
One small critique is that the alarm tags have a chance of leaving a small hole in the clothes when they are removed. I understand the alarm tags are for security reasons, but it would be nice if they could be placed somewhere they will not leave a hole.
Overall, the store is nice and I do recommend shopping there.

You can find here almost anything...nice clothes, shoes, bags and etc., for a great price. Home decoration items... I found some interesting Halloween decorations here...

This store is generally neat and not too crowded. They have a great selection at low prices. Staff is friendly and COVID safety procedures are in place.

This Ross was soooo much better than the one in Lakeland! It had plenty in stock, clean and organized, some customers had thrown some items around , but I don't blame the store as a young employee was working on cleaning up the area. This will be my go to from now on

This was not my usual Ross I shop at, but they were extremely helpful and well organized. A pleasant experience, will definitely return!

Excellent prices for some quality clothing finds that you won't find everyone else wearing or find in other stores. Great for also finding nice, random home decor as well. Easy to navigate. I needed to find a nice, respectable dress and etc for a funeral in a hurry and found everything I needed there....from the dress to the shoes all at a price that didn't bust my pockets. Everything looked more expensive than what I actually paid for. Staff were helpful and kind.

Extremely busy and crowded. Checkout line was almost to the back of the store, but super quick. Most customer's were polite, a few were oblivious and running people over with no regard or apologies. Stock was very good 😊

I am not happy! As a matter of fact I'm going to expect a phone call from the CEO of this company, I demand it!... And here's what I'm gonna tell them.,... (ehhemmnn)What are you thinking about? Enough with the great selection!!, Enough with the low prices already! Saturdays are for college sports, what are you thinking about? my wife goes in there and stays in there for hours because of your low prices and your great selection. And, like any relationship, I just feel like you're not considering my feelings, Watching a pre-recorded sporting event just isn't the same!... (All joking aside you guys are great!! hope this put a smile on somebody's face!)

I went to Ross the other night around 8:30pm. It was the perfect time to go there was very few people in there and I was able to move around and Shop freely. I've never had a bad experience at this Ross and as I was checking out the girl was very pleasant it was a nice quiet night to Get Away.

The stock was alright, understanding from the location it’s less stock than Brandon Ross. But as crowded as other ross. The cashier on #2 was professional and thoughtful when separating my shoes and clothing kudos to her. What looked like the manager for the night was helping the floor with an associate good team work👍👍👍👍👍 but needs more variety 4-28-18

The store was very clean I’ve been to some Ross stores that are very under maintenance I wouldn’t even want to take my shoes off and walk on the foot barefoot on the floor however this place was sparkling clean the clothes were all nicely put up on hangers organized by size instead of just throwing random places like I’ve seen before before

Great selection of clothes, shoes, & home decor. Return process is easy! Love that they are open late so I can shop after work.

The best Ross to shop at in the Brandon area. A very well organized store that makes it easy to shop. I say this because the Ross by the Brandon Town Center mall is always crowded with people and items in the narrow aisles. Granted the one near the mall has heavier traffic so they stock as much as possible but at times it's too much as you can't navigate the aisles because of the products blocking you. The Ross on Valrico is the best kept secret in Brandon if you want to be frugal and smart with your money. They carry all the same items as their other stores but the more common sizes are usually in stock versus the ones with heavy traffic. I'm always lucky enough to find what I want at this particular location versus the Ross located in Plant City, where I live. Its almost as if everyone forgets this particular location on Valrico. It might not be as large as the location near the Brandon mall or in Lakeland but it's the best out of the franchise in the area. Its definitely worth the drive if you're within a 15-20 from it's location, possibly 30 minutes depending on how much of a spendthrift you are. Well maybe the cat is now out of the bag, but then who reads online reviews?! Crosses fingers. 🤞

Usually a lot less packed than their other nearest location by Brandon mall. Can easily get in and out when needing to grab a quick item. The women's shoe selection is also usually full of many new options each visit!
