I'm writing this review today about a associate name Dustin I just want to commend you the outstanding way that you handled yourself with a very rude customer. this customer was all in your personal and it seemed to be no matter how you explain he was not going to listen to anything a very good job at explaining it and why it didn't work you were very apologetic great job at composing yourself just want to give you a shout out very hard to find good customer service and a person who can hold their composure in any situation hi-5 to you dustin.

Just had a pleasant interaction with a Josh that works here. I saw online that they had a Florida State jacket that I wanted to get so I came to the store. When I went in there, the very nice gentleman that helped me tried and tried and tried to find me the jacket i saw online . Unfortunately, we were not able to locate it.

However, I want to say thank you very much because he himself is a diehard Florida gators fan.

Very friendly staff here.

PS. He was able to help me find me a nice looking FSU jacket for the same price.

Dennis in the Golf Center is truly great and extremely nice and helpful.
My son and I recently scheduled a fitting and we had a really nice experience. I recommend Dennis for a fitting and for general club repair.
He is a good friend to have for any golfer, or parent of a golfer.

Recently got a golf club fitting done by Dennis and he was fantastic! I didnt want to leave I was having so much fun. I ended up buying a set of Taylormade Sim2 irons and Dennis added the extension without a problem. Cant thank you enough Dennis for the wonderful experience I had. Would 10/10 recommend Dennis to any golfer

Very good experience, Dennis Doherty went above and beyond. Despite the fact he had three customers he was dealing with all by himself he somehow made us all feel important, as if I was his only customer at the time. Will definitely e back to Dennis for any of my Golf needs. Picked up this sweet Scotty Cameron putter that I have wanted for years. It was also time for a new bag for my next set. Awesome day!

Great experience as usual. On my phone I found a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. At the register the cashier told me it was for online purchases only. So I opened their website on my phone and brought up the coupon and handed it to him. I asked him to show me where it says online only! He looked, and looked, and says well, I guess u just got $10 of ur purchase! 😁 When ur up to ur neck buying school clothes and supplies for the beginning of the year, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!!!!

I went today and bought my so a basketball that he couldn't find anywhere else. Although it is not cheap but you may find some reasonable prices here or there.

What an awesome experience to shop here. I have a DicksSportingGoods 15 minutes from my house but instead drove an hour and 10 minutes to Brandon and well worth it. Josh (the manager) was awesome.

They have the things I need, I first try to see online if they have items in stock before I take the drive there. Overall customer service is good, employees are walking around to see if they can help with what your looking for. The “pick-up at store” items I order from the online store are convenient to pick up at the register at the front of the store.

All of their stuff is top tier and may be a little costly but it is built to last.

Great place with awesome employees. If they can't answer your question they find someone who can.
Everyone of there stores seem to have happy pleasant employees. Means a lot to me.
Order online and pick up at the store.
No pressure like a smaller place can sometimes be. Much more friendly than the other big stores. Keep up the good work folks.

I'm changing my review to 5 stars instead of just 1. It's been a while since I wrote my initial review, and having had to pick up something from this one again (my wife ordered it from here), I was weary. My opinion has changed for the better. I must have been on an off day last time, because today was a lot better. Helpful, prompt, store was clean, everybody knew what they were doing, huge improvement. You love to see it.

Justin was great in assiting in a large propane purchase. Was a smooth and painless transaction. This store is great to shop in.

The customer service was fantastic today. I needed help ordering a pair of roller blades that they didn't have in stock so they ordered them to my house. The management are friendly and helpful when applying my coupon! I will return. 😎👍

Found the NFL team tank top I was looking for but wishing they had more in different sizes

The Dick’s Sporting Goods store at the Brandon mall offers a good selection of equipment and sports gear. The staff is very friendly and do not mind walking to the other side of the store to help someone find the item they are looking for. Prices were higher than expected but that could be a result of it having been a while since I made a similar item and inflation.
