Joey the manager was super friendly and helpful! Everyone else working there had the same awesome attitude as Joey! I found a terrific deal on jeans that fit wonderfully. The whole shopping experience was SUPER!

Had a wonderful experience today, I was looking at a smocked dress and romper, wasnt sure of how they would fit or look on, but a very sweet associate named Tegan encouraged me to try them on, I normally would not have even tried the romper, but with her encouragement I tried them on and loved them both! Thank you Tegan for the encouragement and being such a sweet heart!! Love this store!

By far the best customer service that I have witnessed in a very long time! Phenomenal assistance and great conversation. Victoria, store manager, managed to turn my frown upside down… Literally. I was having such a horrible day but she managed to make it so much better. Thank you for being awesome!

We had a GREAT experience thanks to Dina! My husband liked some cargo pants that were on the shelf but we couldn't find his size. We asked Dina if she could help us find his size. Dina went to check in the back and came back and told us that they did not have the size we were asking for. Dina then suggested that my husband try on the size he was asking for in another color and that if we wanted the cargo pants in the color that they did not have in stock in the store she could order the cargo pants for us to be shipped to our house. After trying on the cargo pants my husband realized that the size that was available in store fit him fine. We really appreciated Dina's GREAT customer service!!! She went above and beyond to help! We will definitely be back again!

I love Kelsey (I’m hoping I spelt that right!) is literally my favorite sales associate I’ve encountered. I struggle with my body image and anxiety so asking for help or feeling comfortable asking for help is not super easy for me. Kelsey is literally the sweetest, she helped me find jeans throughout the store and did not once make me feel self conscious asking for help or when I talked about my size. Thank you, you’re a rare jewel! ❤

Cassandra was a truly amazing individual. I came with my vision impair friend who can’t see and she took the time to let her feel and describe the texture and the looks of everything she asked. She went to the back with no questions she ordered things. She didn’t make my friend or me feel as thou she didn’t have time for us. She WENT ABOVE and beyond for us. And 10/10 and 5 star recommendation for this young lady. I pray someone important reads this and does something nice for her !

Let me just say LIAM was AMAZING! He not only helped me find what I needed but he also showed me a whole different style of jeans that I thought would never look good in without his help !! He is super knowledgeable about his brand and he definitely supports the culture of American Eagle !

Johnessa was so helpful assisting us with our purchases. If we needed different sizes, she would exchange the jeans or shirts, with no issues. Customer service rocks with this young lady!

The shop is clean and well stocked. The staff friendly and helpful. My granddaughters picked out pants and all were on sale.
