Excelente servicios muy preocupados por los pacientes para que que tengan a tiempo sus medicamentos

I do have to say this store does have a problem keeping things in stock.

I cannot remember a time, that I have gone to a Walgreens and there has not been Ferrara Pan Red Hots candy. Just because I should not be eating them, doesn’t mean I don’t look for them.🤣🤣

Low staffing which seems about right for Walgreens recently. You have to find someone to check you out most times because they are stocking the floor.

I get nothing but poor attitudes from the staff at this pharmacy, pharmacist included, with 90% of the interactions. When I call and try to reach someone, I get put directly on hold without a greeting. When they do finally pick up, again it's an attitude. I'm also a provider and it's unfortunate I'm leaving a poor review for anyone in the medical industry. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I rarely come to the pharmacy...but had a dentist appointment and got steroids, was in major pain. The pharmacist, Syvette...was rude, extremely rude and I will never come back here again.

I have been a Walgreens customer for several years now. The Windhurst Walgreens has left me turning to Publix. The people there are not trained well enough to be behind the counter.

Today I had expected 4 scripts to supposedly ready. It's Tues and last Thurs they were ready. My primary called them in Wednesday. I was told they were put back. I said they usually give more time. No she says. It's only a few days you get to pick them up, she says. They were put back. And I asked if they can do them again please. She said the doctor has to call it in again. I was shocked. I asked how that could be if she would just look at the 4 that were ready and do them again. No. She cannot even see that to do so. I said ok. Tell me the last scripts that were called in that will show you what I need. She said no she can't see that and wanted me to list what I need. One of the scripts are new. I don't know the name. Again she didn't know what else to do for me. I told her to get me pharmacist. They were on break.

This Walgreens has been a problem from the start. Publix now has my business.
