AT&T Store

Jill was absolutely wonderful! She immediately set up my wireless account and told me about the discounts I can get to keep my bill low. Very sweet and helpful, absolutely love her! She helped to keep my toddler calm when she started getting upset that she had to be still and close to us instead of running around. Adrianna was also very sweet and gave my daughter some cookies while I was helping to get the account set up. Overall amazing! I’m very happy coming to AT&T!

Today I had the pleasure of working with both Adriana and Taylor. The issues we encountered the past 2 days were very tedious but Adriana was veryyyy patient and worked very hard to get everything situated. Taylor joined in to help and we were able to get everything I needed taken care of. Huge kudos to the both of you and thank you so much for the excellent customer service, your patience and making sure I didn’t leave the store with what I needed and then some. I’m super happy with everything purchased today and again THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP !!!

I came in to buy a new phone since it was time for an upgrade. We called ahead to see if the phone I wanted was in stock since other stores we checked did not have it. Michael answered and checked for us and then told us to ask for him when we came in. The store was very clean and organized. We had no wait and Michael took care of us. He was very kind and answered all our questions, which made our visit a 5/5 star experience!

Anthony was amazing and helped me and my son, with our new phones and save our data, best customer service I have experienced in any phone store. Would recommend him to all my friends .

Corena was very helpful to me as I went in trying to get a new phone plan. She was very friendly & greeted us so nicely. She’s a great person to work with & I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to switch to AT&T (which I would also recommend 🙂)

Upgraded my phone from a 10 to a 13 but the cellular didn’t work, Denzel was quick to swap the SIM card and I was all good.

Very pleased with the customer service, product availability and discounts available. Eric was great with product information and saving me money. He also thoroughly explained my upcoming bill and set the expectations for such. It’s going to be so nice to get away from Verizon.

I am floored by the phenomenal customer service, professionalism and overall experience at this store. John was welcoming and knowledgeable, helping me understand what service and products made sense and which ones were excess or redundant.
The manager, Taylor is exceptional. She went way above and beyond to resolve an issue, taking time to sit with me on a call to headquarters to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend visiting this location for any product or services!

Well. I went in to have them show me how to deactivate Active Armor on my phone.
I wasn’t getting any calls it sent everything to voicemail.
Lady I called from AT&T said “come in we have to do special stuff to it”
They needed all the security info I had and a license that I lost so the guy totally walked away said we can’t help you.
Found my passport gave it to him.
Went to active armor set everything to off and handed me the phone “ It’s done”. 🙄My face is seriously unlocking my phone. The guy could have simply said. Turn everything off in your settings in Active Armor, cancel subscription then delete the App. I spent 30 minutes in there no wait and there was no “special stuff” to be done.
Simply go to App and turn all buttons off.
What are they thinking? We’re they just being difficult.
It’s like asking them what phone case fits my phone? They say we’ll need 2 forms of identification, 3 relatives names, your pin, driver’s license, social security number and you mothers maiden name to sell me a iPhone 13 case.
NOTE! When I downloaded Active Armor to reduce spam calls. The spam calls ramped up 50% getting 20 calls ROBO in a 10 second time frame. At least 10 other spammers in a day.
Active Armor now gone off my phone. I get no ROBO calls, a couple spammers a day sometimes I go 2 days without a spammer calling.
What better way to sell a product by trying to get rid of 20 spam calls a week only to realize I just paid $4.99 a month to now get 80 spam calls a week and simply because they are showing showing up “blocked” you think this is the best thing ever.
ACTIVE ARMOR will have you googling 15 numbers a day to find out they’re reported on ROBO killer as spam, fraud and so on.
If you like being a detective googling every spam number calling you and blocking everyone in your contacts list then you’ll love Active Armor.

The service was excellent professional, very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me and saving money. And show me how to operate the system. Thank you AT&T In Brandon, I highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences I had purchasing new phones. The wait time was minimal and Eric was patient, helpful and made the process enjoyable while answering all of my questions. I will definitely go back in the future.

The customer service representative Eric was absolutely wonderful with product knowledge and plan changes to an account. He was very professional and detailed in answering all of my questions and it was clearly explained.

Thankful for Josh at your store, with. He helped us get into new phones and made the process go smoothly after an issue we had with delivery of our phones (not AT&T problem, a fedex issue). The entire staff was friendly and helpful and seeing how well they took care of my problem shows we made a great decision by switching to AT&T.

Medhat is phenomenal. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us switch over from Tmobile. We had 4 phones and needed internet for our business as well. It was a process and he was patient and extremely knowledgeable.

Taylor helped me today with a new iPad since my dog broke my last one. Was very helpful showing me the differences between the latest and greatest and the other models they offer at a cost friendlier option. Was able to make the decision that was best for me and what I need it for. Thanks!

Great customer service, and was very helpful in resolving wireless. Issue? I would recommend going to the Brandon store for further AT&T service.

I decided to switch from T-mobile to ATT. Ron @ the Brandon location was the best. Great customer service. We shared stories about our family, work, and life experiences. Thanks for you help with the switch, the phone, and accessories but I’m keeping my last name. 😂

I visited the store being very stressed about my sons phone that he shattered beyond repair and was locked out of his Apple ID and immediately the sales associate Alberto assisted me and handled everything quickly. He fixed the Apple ID issue, offered solutions to our issue, and assisted with a claim to have the phone replaced. He had the most amazing customer service.

I came to this store after leaving another store that couldn't help me. I had been on several calls with AT&T customer service and was really tired. My brother passed away and I needed to cancel his account. I met a consultant by the name of Tom Bourgoin. Tom went FAR ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. He sat on hold and was transferred around but didn't give up on finding the right people to rectify this situation. He did an amazing job! This is my second time coming into this store since my brother got sick and I am so impressed with how they treat their customers. I couldn't leave this store parking lot today without giving Tom this review because he certainly restored my faith in the company and he made my life easier as I am handling my brothers affairs.
