I was in a rush, HUGE rush to print and laminate a few documents. Delores (i hope I didn't spell her name wrong) was a amazing with helping and getting me what I needed.
1. She showed me the options I had to print given the task I need to get done
2. Incredibly professional and quick while multitasking.
I had an emergency, and she absolutely came to the call.

Today I had the pleasure to have a Staples employee (Rebecca)help me find all of my items and went above and beyond to help me find alternative items that were not available. She checked inventory and navigated through the store finding the items I needed to purchase.

Dont typically review business such as Staples but just have to say what a great experience I had this morning at this store. Brian and AJ greeted us, were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I would 100% recommend this store and associates to others and I will continue to choose to shop in this store instead of online for these types of products. After many months of searching, left with the perfect office chair. Thanks again Brian and AJ for making our Sunday morning shopping experience a great one. You 2 are very much appreciated!

Excellent customer service. Because prior to stopping there, I went to a competor and received no help at all. Even though they were well staffed. Will skip the other in the future and go to Staples for my future purchases. Bonus, very competitive prices as well!!

Great experience! I needed Polaroid instant camera film. I was surprised that they had something like this. But they had a huge selection of instant cameras and films in stock! Fujifilm Instax, Polaroid, and others. I got what I needed, and I was very happy. Other stores did not have film in stock (although their websites said they did). But Staples did have it. And Staples delivered. Not to mention that they were open on January 1.

They have everything if not you can order online free express shipping . The sale person 1897950 is very knowledgeable and courteous. He is a great salesman.

Great customer service, Alex is the certified technician that helped me on my visit and he was very nice and helpful, he was able to provide me with high quality service and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend him to other clientele.

It has all you need for office supplies and more. Disappointed the copy paper is an arm & a leg. But its okay. Still fun roaming the aisles.
