Cici was awesome! My mom needed a new phone and she helped her find one she ❤’d and was even willing to wait after close to help us with a problem we were having backing it up, very professional and cool to have talked too! Even Emily helped us a few Christmases ago with getting my dad a new phone! GIRL POWER!

Cici and Derek took care of us. They went out of their way to get us what we needed, a phone and case from another store. Cici kept us updated on everything. I would recommend this store for all your phone needs.

Hilda is the best!! Always polite and helpful and will go out of their way to help with any needs. Always patience. The best Metro store I've been to!

My brand new phone broke because another employee did not install the Sim card and case right-phone was not working at all to text,call,anything...no internet,and I drive over an hour each way to work.This happened on 1/31/24 I stopped at the Lakeland store and they didn't even try to help me,that's when I knew I needed to go back to my Seffner store. I cannot say enough positive things about Cici and Hilda! They both went above and beyond to help me and refused to give up. Not only did they help me and make me feel better,the care and respect they give to the 5 additional people who came in while I was waiting for my phone to be ready,was amazing! Thank you Cici and Hilda! I owe you some pizza! You girls were incredible! ❤ 💙 💜 💖

I love these guys so much. They always never fail to brighten my day up with a new phone, and some new knowledge. I wouldn't go with any other cell phone provider, because when it comes to phones, they are the experts. So take it from me and my whole family when I say, Metro by T-Mobile are the true heros. Cause whenever I dropped my phone/broke it, they were always there to fix it. And they have never let me down before. I bought everything with my phone from them, and when I didn't, I would solely regretted it later cause something would always go bad. They have the best phones, the best cases, screen protectors, chargers, anything you can think of. They are the true cell phone providers that we can count on. If you have a problem, they'll solve it in a flash, or maybe in a few hours/minutes. 😅😂 But they truly are the best service with great speeds, connection, everything! Trust me, i know.

Though I do not have metro as a provider I do have an older model phone. I'd like to thank this store for helping me find a case for and to protect my phone. They were aware im not officially a customer and still gave me a really nice case and tempered glass screen protector for my slightly outdated phone for a good deal. My own provider had none this was the only place I could find one to fit my LG k30. Thanks for being willing to help me despite me being an "outsider" so to speak lol.

Sunny man i have to say thought my phone was beyond repair but I was wrong he literally poped my phone back together then just changed a sensor on my phone literally amazing and threw in a free case ...this is a definite definition of expectacular customer service......GO TO FOR ANYTHING
