So awesome, really amazing staff. Came in yo get an apple watch. Got the feeling everyone was trying to get that lunch break in. But was helped my a guy who took care of me quick, fast, and in a hurry.

I visited this store during Cyber Monday and was fortunate to purchase a Motorola Edge 2023 at an excellent price. The Motorola representative in the store was exceptionally kind and very helpful.

The place is wonderful. The only problem I have ever had was when I was sold the Geek Squad extended full service warranty. It's a great plan if you own a lot of equipment but I was only buying a computer monitor and everything else I own was older and not worth fixing. But for $175.00 it would be a great package for a person who has a lot of equipment. It just wasn't explained very well. I had also bought an office package of software. When returning everything I was told that I couldn't return it because there was no way to find out if it was used. But after explaining everything the main manager agreed to take it back. I understand what happened but it just wasn't explained to me when I bought these products. The most impressive product they offer is the McIntosh stereo equipment. They shut the room doors and cranked it up. Unbelievable, McIntosh is the king. Just check it out. It clearly speaks for itself.

Went to do a laptop return and it was absolutely painless. The customer service associate asked if I wanted to have One of their tech guys look at it, but when I told him I've already done all my own troubleshooting, he trusted that I knew I was talking about based on what I told him, which I really appreciated. Appreciated. The exchange itself was super easy and I'm very pleased so thank you.

Writing this review specifically for David and Don that work at this location!! Best Buy’s customer service has never been anything that has particularly stood out to me but David and Don set the new bar for me! Above and beyond customer service, especially from David!! We walked in looking for a TV with not much knowledge and left with a happy purchase and with more TV and sound bar knowledge than we ever knew! Truly assets to the company, Best Buy hold them dear and near! Thanks again!

People always friendly and knowledgeable. Only went for a consultation on my tablet this time, but we are lifelong customers. Geek Squad is worth their weight in gold.

I love Best Buy because it's like Christmas every day of the year! My recommendation for Best Buy is to put a symbolic Christmas tree on a platform that's high enough to be seen from anywhere in the store.
I also would also suggest that on the 25th of every month, play Christmas music! It would be a great tradition, and Best Buy would get $Millions in free publicity!!

Best buy always comes through with the items I need. Hopefully they don't close down!

Visited the BEST- Best Buy location in my area, with about 30 minutes to closing time. I was in need of a new dryer, did my usual scooting, and found a great deal ! There was an open box deal for a dryer, went quick to find a REP to inquire further. Long story short, purchased the item I needed, had a scheduled delivery date, and even purchased a few more items before I left totally once again a satisfied customer for shopping at Best Buy!!! :)

Best Buy is Best Buy and the good thing about them is that they never miss a beat and they are consistent regardless of what store you go to you could always find the same consistency which is absolutely necessary

I went here to buy a refrigerator, with some bespoke doors, love the way they served, and they offered me with discounts. Moreover, we have enjoyed free sales tax for fridge purchased in FL. Love my Florida state and Best Buy here.

Great selection. Great prices if you catch a good sale. One thing to know is regardless if your a plus member you still have 60 days to buy protection plan on any electronics. Instore they told me 14 days or within return period. That is not true

Today 11/25/2023 I processed on online order for a tv and the warehouse was having trouble locating my TV in the midst of this Black Friday weekend.

I asked the order pickup specialist Alondra how the order pull was coming along 30 min before closing time. Instead of just saying the order wasn’t ready. She made the effort to go to the warehouse and inform several team members that the customer was here for the TV.

I was able to leave the store with my order 10 minutes before closing time!

Kudos to the Best Buy Team for going the extra mile and making a Customer happy.

Spencer helped us find the perfect washing machine and dryer. Spencer was so kind and helpful. We was good with the kids asking him lots of random questions too.

The stor is clean and organized. Lots of appliances options here. We also picked up 2 TV's the man who helped us with this was a lot less charming. He seemed to not understand how to work we'll with people with kids.

Had a really good experience. David Widlak was beyond on point. He helped our decision by having answers for all the questions we had. We were in the market for a new refrigerator and washer& dryer. So many choices with so much for think about. He was patient yet funny. We took so long to decide that day that he was past his time to check us out himself and didn't catch the credit for our purchase so I want to make sure he gets credit for his amazing job. We did purchase the LG refrigerator with the craft ice and the LG Stackable washer and dryer. We are very happy with our purchases. The delivery was perfect as well! The 3 guys had everything done in no time. So the experience was great from beginning to end. Thank you!

The deals are great and the people here are very helpful and they are nothing like what Tampa up there is the Tampa Best buy just kind of sucks because they don't have barely anything I just like the Brandon Best buy because it's really good they have a lot of stuff
