Love the pickup service makes it super easy to get the things I need. Shopping in-store can be challenging sometimes for someone who doesn't know exactly what to buy. I use the internet to figure that out then schedule pickup

Great customer service although sometimes too helpful lol

They always seem to have what I need ( AND doggone it- alot that I don't but want). Their staff will "go climbing ladders and search out WHAT you need. I was looking for a certain tool, it was not on the shelf, but still on display. I asked the tool sales rep. , he replied I'm not sure of it's status. I was checking out, and he caught me - found one, and That resulted in a tool sale and extra blades ... This was the Polaris store.
All Loews personnel seem to treat me (a customer) the same, no matter which location - and I got around to 3 or 4 stores multiple times each week.

If you ever have a problem or need something to get done I highly Recommend Tinisha the Head Cashier she is amazing I went threw several reps was even told by a store rep that they would take care of a problem and nothing never got done ! I went in store and Tinisha helped she went over and beyond she got everything fixed and corrected I’m truly thankful for her this is the best customer service experience I ever had ! Thank you again Tinisha Head Cashier you deserve a raise you are truly great asset to that company you know your job and you care about people!

Client Specialist Jim walked us thru the advantages and disadvantages of of 4 washer models in our price range and was very personable.

Very helpful with projects around the house. Multiple people helped us with our home improvements needs while we were there, and had so much knowledge to share! Definitely made our projects easier, and we will be back for sure in the near future!!! Here is a before and after picture of our kitchen! All cabinet paint and hardware was purchased at lowes, and we start tiling the backsplash today!

I needed assistance getting keys cut, finding a hammock and outdoor shelving. Grant assisted me with finding everything I needed. He had suggestions and was super friendly and welcoming. He then passed me off to Xavier who assisted me with check out. They made my experience a great one!

I was in Lawn/Garden and was helped by Kyla who has great Customer Service skills! She was polite, lifted 7 of the 27 lb each pa ers into the cart and my car. I have arthritis in both hands and this help was so appreciated along with the nice conversation we had on the way to the car. PLEASE LET KYLA know how helpful she is and that she is an asset to LOwe's Easton store in Volumbs OH.

This place has tons of home construction equipments and Materials. Definitely recommended. I liked the Garden

I want to give a huge thanks to Mr. Arthur. I came into the store a little lost looking for a box to ship a table in. He directed me to the correct location & he helped me pick the correct size with the measurements I provided. We had a great chat in the aisle & helped me to check out carrying the box I was purchasing.

We waited and waited for our Home Depot washer and dryer to be delivered so we canceled and picked these up from Lowe’s. No wait, they keep them in stock. They’ve worked great ever since.

I needed to replace some glass. I have trouble with my memory and the person who helped me was absolutely lovely to me. Seriously she was kind and dealt with my needs with kindness and warmth. Lowe's has my business now forever.

Lowe's always has good prices and selection of household items I'm looking for to complete projects!

Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Jim in appliances for getting my issues resolved same day. I order all of my appliance packages thru Lowes Easton and I received my delivery at my flip house only to find the range did not match the rest of the appliances. Called Pro Services with no avail but did get ahold of Jim in appliances and WOW, I was super inpressed. Very professional and efficient in resolving the issue. Thanks again!!!

Great service n awesome personality of staff n workers.

The staff here were very helpful even though I caught them on their phones. They stopped what they were doing and were very customer friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again. I also do believe that I know the store manager and he's an awesome guy too. Hi Nick! 🙂

Better with James! Recently moved into the area and have gone to all 3 home improvement stores. Sorry to say Lowe's, although closest I have had a hard time finding anyone to help me in your store...until I found James. I was doing a plumbing repair and had only a little clue of what I was doing. James promptly greeted me when he saw me and asked if I needed help. He was able to tell me exactly what I needed and a few tips on how to do it. I will be sure to come back on the nights when he is working. A lot of your employees will let customers walk by without even saying hello. It's not a very friendly place, but...it's definitely better with James!! :)
