Ashley Store

Sales person Taylor greeted me and in a few minutes of questions led me through the store to specific pieces she thought I would like. She was low key, knowledgeable, and patient. She spent quite a bit of time with me. I then asked to walk the store alone . No problem. I reconnected with her and made my decision to purchase a sofa, 2 chairs and a rug. Taylor was very helpful helping deciding on the rug. My experience was five star. Set up for delivery was easy, too. Pieces are coming this week so I am happy.

RAFAEL made the anxiety of buying new furniture go away immediately. He knew all the answers to every question I had . His knowledge and how he took the time to listen and understand what exactly I wanted greatly exceeded my expectations. If EVER you are looking to get new furniture I HIGHLY recommend RAFAEL. Fantastic experience all the way from start to finish.

Pedro was very professional and knew what he was doing. He knows the furniture well and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. I think this young man will outgrow his job. He’s smart. He should be promoted to a higher sales position.

Buying experience was great! Dennis greeted me at the door and took me to the recliner I had looked at online. He clearly explained the warranty and protection packages. We finalized the transaction and set up delivery in a matter of minutes. This store is only about 2 miles from my home. The whole process from the time I left my house to the time I returned was 35 minutes. Dennis was wonderful. I love this store!

We purchased a buffet for our dining room. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. We chose to have it delivered and the delivery people were on time, friendly and careful setting up our purchase. We were extremely impressed with everything and everyone.

Rafael was an amazing and well versed salesman to work with. He knew his products well, informed us of any and all upgrades, warranties, protection plans etc all while getting us the best price. We visited a local Ashley store to us here in MN to narrow down our search of what we wanted in our couch. We’re moving from Mn to Fl this month so Rafael and I’d conversation was all over the phone, but felt like I was right in his store. He made the process seamless for us, and our couch will be delivered to our house and set up same day we arrive.

We had a wonderful experience with our salesman Mark at Ashley/City Furniture. Mark was more than patient with us and took the time for us to look around the amazing inventory and choices they have. We looked at 3 other stores, but they just didn't have the depth in options and choices that Ashley/City has.
We've purchased from them a few times and once again it was a great experience.
And very reasonable pricing for what you get.

City Furniture has great prices, a hugh selection and our salesman Rafael was extremely knowledgeable. He let us look without hovering and was there when we needed him. Thank you Rafael!

We came to the store on Friday to look for specific furniture for our little house we bought in Fort Myers. Store was busy but gave us time to look what we wanted. Taylor, our sales associate, was FANTASTIC!! She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Customer service was impeccable. She showed us everything we were looking for and streamlined the entire process. We were extremely happy and very impressed with Taylor!

I had an appointment with Kim Baxter, the decorator. She was superb. She is very knowledgeable about the store and all merchandise . I showed her pictures of my new condo and off we went. She spent several hours with me. It was a wonderful and fun experience. I’ll definitely return to the store and her expert advice.

Amazing service provided. Although they were fast in moving items, they also made sure to protect them. Hard workers with great personalities. From the start to the end, they worked hard and left all items well organized after the move. Definitely would recommend them.
