Purchased shoes a few weeks ago and they happened to be a mismate (two different size shoes) I work in retail so I know it’s hard with out approval from store managers and district managers to do exchanges. I spoke to the DM out in Syracuse and corporate customer service and everyone was amazing and helpful. I went back the next day (after the initial first rejection of exchange) and was taken care of and left with a new pair of shoes and cleaner that I absolutely love. From SM down to sales I really appreciate the help and excellent customer service 🙂
