Byrne dairy

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous! I asked a question, individual did not know the answer, and immediately said “just a moment, I’ll get you that answer”. She went and asked someone, and got me my answer. Excellent customer service at this particular location, (corner of Long Pond Rd., and Spencerport Rd., town of Gates, Rochester, NY). Definitely a 5* visit.

Burn dairy has awesome milk that even comes in the old-fashioned glass refillable bottles. I ordered a chocolate milkshake which was absolutely delicious and not overpriced I will definitely be back for more and thank you for being open late!

I love Byrne Dairy. The store is always clean, coffee always great, love the ice cream window in the Summer. I just recently tried the breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwiches. Tastes great! Better than the fast food restaurants in my opinion. The icecream is always fresh, love their milk too. With regular milk I don't need to get organic unless I want to. Also their gas station is awesome as well!! It's literally a one stop shop. Keep up the great work!

Ice cream is fantasic but the customer service was what left an impression. Went on a Friday night at 8pm
The entire staff on tonight deserves a raise for how kind, patient and professional they were...even while they dealt with the truly frustrating customers infront of me. Customers service is a hard gig, and they were rocking it.

I'm pleased with the gasoline card and the variety in the store. It's very convenient. It also has very friendly employees.

Their dairy products including their ice cream are just absolutely amazing it seems to be the only place around here that's open 24 hours.

Dairy in the most random place, and seemed to pop up overnight. Open 24h. A bit of a Midnight Vale vibe for some reason.

When plowing all night I get very hungry. This is always the "go to" for something hot to eat when everything else is closed.

Nicer than the Byrne Dairy in West Chili. I think it is my new go-to Byrne Dairy!
