I really just don't understand the reviews of these people. The staff recognize and I get greeted always when I'm there. As they say, treat others the way you want to get treated. Just be polite. Thank you Sheetz for giving me delicious food everytime 😁. Best gas station food and store.

The young man that was working there this morning (28 Oct) was so well mannered. You know he is like this with all the customers too. He should be the Employee of the Month. Thanks for making my day young man and you have a safe day too. Thanks Sheetz.

Great store, great gas station food, and awesome staff. No complaints. Always accommodating and attentive to details. I haven't left the store upset. Great job everybody.

Sometimes I stop by this place to get food. Amana is the best, she always prepares food fast and great.

There’s no long line in filling the tank. Good price and I like the high level of octane gas.

Highlight: One time my debit card wasn't working, so they gave me free meal.
Living in the metro area, it's either this location or Manassas if I want Sheetz. I never have to wait long for food and the staff is always so kind and understanding. I only get gas in the evenings, so I've never experienced the gas pumped during the morning/afternoon rush. It's usually a breeze getting gas.

I placed an online order around 3:45 a.m. and arrived to the location around 4. Due to long hours from work I passed out in the parking lot in my car. Upon regaining consciousness I went in to apologize and pick up my order around 9 am. The staff (Matt, Andrew and Saira) were very courteous, friendly and extremely understanding that they even offered me coffee and remade my order. I just wanted to give praise and recognition to 3 wonderful individuals for their customer service. Definitely will be visiting here again.

Just went at midnight on a Sunday and ordered some sandwiches and a latte. Cashier was on the phone and had me waiting forever and I think the chef was her mom or something. The woman had our order wrong and fixed it after struggling with all the machines being off. Was extremely nice and was trying to teach her coworker how to properly make drinks and what not so it was good to see that she was trying. Gave us 3 free donuts! :D

My experience with the overnight supervisor Joy was excellent, as she was willing to replace a food item that had ran out with anything else on the menu. All my interactions with the night staff have been positive, but her customer service was exemplary.

We had to wait a little while for smoothies and the manager gave us coupons for the trouble. They're all about customer service at this location. Good folks, good gas stop. We always stop at Sheetz if we have the chance when we are on a road trip.

I stopped by the store on Jun 28th, 21 around 5:30-6:00pm. I had trouble with using my coupon on the app. The store manager_Mr.Jack was super duper nice to help me out, and the 2 girls ( I did not see their name tags) were extremely friendly and helpful as well! Thank you guys!

Stopped in for gas and snacks one evening and was very impressed with how clean it was (outside and in) and the friendly employees. Bonus: the food was better than I’ve ever had at Sheetz.

Great experience everytime I go. The guys working the kitchen are usually real cool and friendly. Love the shakes and the mozarella sticks. Its always nice to fill up the tank here and get a snack!

This Sheetz is honestly the reason i graduated high school. My best friend and I would arrive here everyday after school for our final two years and just hang out for around 15 minutes while getting food. The staff is sweet and polite, the food takes a minute but always tastes amazing, and their selection is both huge and affordable even for high school students. The gas prices are some of the lowest in the area but the actual Sheetz may be the best thing in South Riding.

What's not to love about Sheetz? Their stores are packed with everything you could possibly need for the road, their gas prices are low, and they are almost always extremely clean. This particular one is very nice as it looks like it is only a few years old.

I love this place. Usually Sheetz has the cheapest gas in the area. This one doesn't, but I still go there as an excuse to order from their made to order menu. Fried cheese sticks and fried mac and cheese, so good!

Shout out to Andrew! There were long lines today and he smoothly ran 2 registers and the lotto ticket machine. He had a smile for everyone and is clearly an asset to this store. Regardless of the ease kf a credit card payment, I'm still impressed!

Gas is usually on par with other stations in the area but you can get 2 or 3 cents off with a free sheetz card. The food is perfect for curing hangovers or getting something in you mostly quickly. Bathrooms are clean as far aa gas stations go and the staff is usually very nice.

This location is great. The line always moves quickly, and they always have everything I want to purchase. The staff is excellent and always shows good customer service.
