I've been personally dealing with the store for years. Their customer service is more than great. 5 star In my opinion.

Best boost and xfinity prepaid store and service in town hands down. Been dealing with Mohammad and his family for years now. Was loyal to virgin till they stopped cell service. Switched to metro for short time. Had poor customer service so went looking for new place. Spoke with multiple stores and was very impressed with these guys. Years later pre-paid internet and total of 8 phones for our family over the years. Can not express the appreciation for the honest and fantastic service. Looks out for getting the best possible for the price point you are looking for. Thank you for the way you guys do business and treat everyone whl walks in the door. Just replaced 3 of them couldn't be happier.

Such a Warm and welcoming experience. Walked in thinking it was my phone carrier company turns out it was completely different store but they've helped me with my issue regardless of not being a customer. Definitely coming back !!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!

This store is an amazing family business. I had the opportunity to meet thr nicest sales representative named Mohammed. Other customers come in while I waited for my line to port from Metro PCS to Boost and he was so polite and helpful to all customers. He gave amazing conversationwhile I waiting. This store comes 100% recommended.

Very pleasant experience, I worked with mo & his brother who helped me immensely when u had difficulties switching over to boost. Also helped me set up new wifi and it was fast & easy like I was assured. Mo takes amazing care of his customer’s seriously and goes beyond lengths to do the best for them!

This boost store is the best one out of all the boost stores the worker is very helpful and knows what he is doing and helped me so fast. Definitely resolved my issues. Called before I went in to make sure the phone I wanted was in stock. The owner of the store spoke with me and told me they did and did I need directions. This was the start of a very pleasant experience. Within 30 minutes I had my new phone and was set up with my new phone plan. He took care of everything for me and I couldn’t be happier. You won’t be sorry to work with Mohammed as this is a family run business. He also told me if I had any problems with my new phone to come back in and he would make sure everything was set up correctly. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Shout out to Mo at the Boost Mobile store on Plainfield. I went in for a new phone and new service plan and he set me up with exactly what I wanted. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want. He was very knowledgeable about all the phones and plans they offered, and my favorite thing was how he walked me through how much I would be paying to get started and what my bill would be in the future. I purchased the plan and phone that was right for me along with some accessories and he took care of everything else. Set my phone up, put the screen protector on, and put the case on. Fantastic customer service! And it’s on T-Mobile network so I’m looking forward to excellent reception.If you’re in the market for new service and new phone, go see Mo, he will take great care of you!! Thanks Mo!
